Plan to work on array of activities and events that will allow the club to achieve its mission. We will try to initiate and continue to improve the club’s image by introducing programs such as the following:
“Brand Challenge” This event provides students a glimpse into the world of marketing. Students design creative brand challenges that pit products head to head in taste and functional tests. The event reinforces classroom learning by encouraging students to think about the differentiating attributes of products…well, sure there’s that, but its just plain fun! (Idea Conceived from Duke Business School)
“Networking Event” Marketing club will organize an evening with a variety of business owners, where Marketing Club members will have the Opportunity to network and gain a thorough understanding of the different business environment. Regular visits to different organizations will also be held.
“Lahore School Music Society Collaboration” The Marketing Club will insure that it makes its members learn the tricks of the trade by experiencing themselves in real life situations. LSE societies and the event held by such societies will provide our members with excellent opportunity to practically implement what they have learnt, by working closely with these societies and marketing their activities. Additionally, the club will provide educational programs that foster direct learning from current leaders in the field, workshops and a career resource guide to better prepare students for the recruiting process, and mentorship events that will connect first-year and second year MBA students. An annual LSE Marketing Conference should be held and successful leaders in the field of marketing should share their insights. The Conference will feature the real-world, breakthrough research conducted locally and internationally. Both students and professionals are invited to enhance their knowledge of current marketing trends. Club Website will be given first priority as it will serve as a link between the club, the members, the students, the recruits and the alumni’s. Websites will have a Bulletin board and the forum which will give you an opportunity to do networking with each other and stay up-to-date on the activities of the club
