Guidelines for the online painting competition
i. Concept of the competition shall be strictly around the features, architects and street life / culture of “'Gali Surjan Singh”. This street is located inside Delhi Gate.
ii. Calls are open to all Amateur and Professional artists.
iii. The reference for a drawing / painting may be taken from any picture available online, WCLA website or social media (this will be acceptable)
iv. The drawing / painting may be in any medium (oil paint, water color, pastel colors, lead pencil, color pencil, crayon, poster, acrylic, markers, charcoal or any other)
v. Drawing / painting must be on a canvas / paper / or any other medium of minimum size 12x18 inches and maximum 36 x 48 inches
vi. 3D objects are not acceptable
vii. Name and age of participant as well as school / university or institution name and complete address must be clearly mentioned on the back of the painting.
viii. Final painting to be submitted in person at the head office of WCLA i.e. 54 Lawrence Road, Imdad Bilqees Building (ground Floor) Lahore.
ix. Previous winning art in any of our competition should not be resubmitted
x. You can submit maximum 3 paintings.
xi. The deadline for submitting the final painting will be 13th February, 2023.
xii. WCLA will keep the paintings sent in the competition.
xiii. All participants will be given certificates and gift hampers
xiv. First three winners will be awarded with the prize money.

We are excited to announce the winners of DDLS 7th Online Literary Contest - 2022.
We would like to thank everyone who submitted their entries to this contest.
We anticipated that by holding this event, we would be able to create a platform for students to express themselves and boost literary engagement at our institute.
