- Record and maintain customer invoices, receipts, credit notes, and related transactions accurately in the system.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of receivable records.
- Prepare periodic Accounts Receivable aging reports and collection status updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Retail Operations, E-Commerce, and other relevant departments regarding customer payments and account issues.
- Verify payment receipts and ensure timely allocation of collections against customer accounts.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of receivable transactions.
- Support the resolution of customer billing and payment-related queries.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to receivables.
- Prepare reports and analyses as required by management.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
