MENTAL PEACE & HEALTHY LIVING
Mental peace is not found in the noise of the world but in the silence of the soul. A healthy life is not just the absence of disease but the presence of purpose, balance and tranquility. For this, Islam offers us a timeless road map to achieve it through faith, gratitude, self control and trust in Allah (S.W.T) i.e. tawakkal.
Islamic perspective on peace:
The word Islam is itself drive from "Salam" means "Peace". It is not just a religion of rituals but a complete lifestyle designed to bring peace to heart, mind, body, soul and society.
Allah says in Quran:
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
"Verily in the remembrance of Allah, do hearts find rest." Surah Ar Ra'd, 13:28
This is the divine formula for mental serenity. While the world pursue therapy and meditation Allah gave us the best medicine i.e. "Zikr"
Whereas Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) also emphasized emotional wellness and said:
"Don't be angry".
This simple instruction has a deep psychological value because control in anger leads to better relationships, healthier minds and peaceful living.
Modern perspective on mental peace:
Mental peace begins with self awareness and ends in spiritual connections. Modern studies have proven that gratitude, mindfulness and prayer enhance emotional health, lower anxiety and improve quality of life.
As Carl Jung, a great psychologist said:
"Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakes".Victor Frankl once said:
" When we are no longer able to change our situation we are challenged to change ourselves".
Healthy living: Body & soul connections
Islam promotes holistic health. From how we sleep, what we eat, how we behave to how we should deal with stress, everything has been beautiful guided. Moderation, cleanliness and balance are the heart of a healthy lifestyle.
As Allah says in Quran:
وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
Eat and drink, but do not waste. Surely He does not like the extravagent. Surah Al Ar'af: 31
Even fasting beyond its a spiritual value bring detoxification, self discipline and mental clarity approved by Modern Science as well.
Modern wellness through faith:
The best healing is found in 3S i.e. Salah, Sabr and Sujood. Allah is the ultimate source of peace and turning to him in distress brings unmatched comfort.
As Allah says in Quran:
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ
And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He "alone" is sufficient for them. Surah Al Talaq 65: True peace isn't found in material success but in the contentment of the heart. Even the richest heart can belongs to the poorest hands.
Conclusion:
A healthy life isn't defined by luxury but by balance. A peaceful mind isn't achieved by escaping problems but by strengthening faith, managing stress with patience and nurturing the soul.
Let your heart be connected to Allah.
Let your mind be filled with gratitude.
Let your life be a reflection of peace.
As Prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H) said:
"Richness is not having many possessions. True richness is the richness of the soul".

🎓Education is a human right. A public good & a public responsibility. It's no longer about sitting in a classroom, it's about how effectively you can gather & apply knowledge.

EDUCATION VS SKILLS:
Education is not a skill it's a transmission of skills, knowledge and character traits. It not only provides us job opportunities but also a sense to think, to analyze, to see the world with our own eyes in accordance to "Quran and Sunnah". It enables us to recognize good or evil. It empowers us to distinguish between truth and lies.
Whereas, Skill is the ability to use one's knowledge effectively and readily in ex*****on or performance.
So, Skill needs knowledge and knowledge comes from Education.
Importance of Education can be assessed with the First Quranic Ayat, which was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) about education and knowledge i.e.
" Read in the name of Lord who created; [He] created the human being from blood clot. Read in the name of thy Lord, who taught by the pen: [He] taught the human being what he didn't know ".
EDUCATED HUMANS VS ANIMALS:
Human belong to kingdom Animalia. They are higher animals known as Homo sapiens.
The only thing which distinguishes Humans from othe animals is their thinking ability. Humans are capable to think about certain things and are motivated by their instincts, intellects and logics.
Whereas Animals are incapable of reasoning and are simply motivated by the instincts.
They both need food for survival but both have different cycles to survive. For Example: Animals can hunt for their food, but humans can't hurt. Humans have to purchase, and to purchase they have to earn Halal, to earn Halal they should have skills and skills need knowledge and knowledge comes from Education, which could be formal or informal.
As in Suratal-Mujadalah Ayat 11, Allah said:
"Allah raises to higher ranks the believers and those of knowledge".
EDUCATED VS UNEDUCATED:
Education is of two types i.e. Formal or informal. Formal Education can only provide a path whereas formal education with informal education leads to well being (here and hereafter).
Woefully, no institute or no organization is going to provide job to illiterates or informally or non-formally educated people, no matter how good they are. Infact, the employer will always give preference to a higher degree instead of the lower ones, despite of all the brilliance. Because this world is just behind either degree or money. Both are just a piece of paper but each of them is Worth taking especially for those who want to use their skills, knowledge and education not only for themselves but also for the fellow beings.
As Allah says in Quran,
" Are those who have knowledge equal to those who don't have knowledge".
CONCLUSION:
Education creates empowerment. Literates could create own pocket of excellence. Respect those who have passion to educate not only themselves but the nation.
Education is not only a word, it's a lifelong process for those who are true Muslims.
As the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) said:
" Seek knowledge, even if it is in China".
In short, keep acquiring knowledge untill your last breath and stop judging a book by its cover.

Priorities of Life:
Once a professor entered the classroom with a glass jar, rocks, pebbles, and sand. The students were amused to see what he was up to. First, he started filling the rock parts into the jar until he couldn’t add any more.
He asked the students if the jar was full and everybody nodded yes. He then started putting the pebbles inside the jar which went inside through the small gaps and he shakes the jar to allow the pebbles to get into those vacant spaces in between the rocks.
He asked the same question to the students and they again said that the jar was full. Finally, he poured the sand inside the jar which went through the minute gaps and got filled in the jar.
The professor explained that this is how you should set priorities in life. Rock is like your family, while pebbles are like your career while sand is like the least priorities in life and unnecessary quarrels and egos.
If you put sand on the jar first, it will get easily filled up leaving no space for rocks and pebbles.
Moral: We should identify our priorities in life and develop a good strategy to work towards fulfilling it rather than wasting our time and effort on unnecessary aspects of life.

Positive dreams (intensions) create positive changes.
Mercy is Allah (SWT)'s one of the greatest attributes. It is incumbent upon those who believe in Allah (SWT) to show Mercy in all that they do and say.
