Toddler's Academy Lahore Founded in 1953 by Mrs. Surayya Alam this unique school has pioneered primary education in Pakistan. Alam began her teaching in Lahore at Mrs.

After being trained in Calcutta (Loretto House) and working in Delhi, Mr. Manzur Qadir's Nursery for special children on Lawrence Road. By early 1950's the Alam family had re-located it to the large striking colonial residence on Upper Mall. These ideal premises, with a spacious front garden, offered Mrs. Alam the chance to begin her own school: the school she inventively called Toddler's Academy.
