Khirad Literature society will be hosting Mujahid Eshai Sahab at the National College of Arts, Lahore.
Eshai Sahab is the author of the book 'on and about Manto'. The book is a collection of translations containing 18 essays, 15 written by Manto while two penned by eminent people (Bari Alig and Krishan Chander) about Manto and one is Manto’s impressions on Ismat Chughtai.

The closing ceremony of the Khirad Literature Society was graced by the presence of acclaimed music and literary critic, Mr. Sarwat Ali.
In his words of encouragement, he outlined the importance of the written word as a medium for bridging the gap between the thought process and expression of the artistic mind. He exhorted the aspiring writers to continue writing as a process for self reflection, and extended his unwavering support for this novel initiative undertaken by the Khirad Literature Society.
He urged for the continuance of the literary tradition at the National College of Arts, and hoped that the Khirad Literature Society would continue to host such events in the future.
