Speech therapy - KEMU

A training session on the management of Hearing Impairment through AVT was conducted at the Academic department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences KEMU Lahore.

Ms Arooba Asmat certified AVT therapist explained the session requirements and practical approaches to implement AVT in speech therapy sessions.

We are thankful to Professor Ali Hashmi HOD Academic department of psychiatry and behavioural sciences and Professor Nazish Imran for their continuous support in organizing such learning activities.

The faculty and students of BSSLP KEMU joined the department of Rehabilitation Sciences FAHS - UOL for Workshops on Apraxia of Speech and Voice Therapy.

The students of BSSLP KEMU attended SAHSCON held at Children's Hospital Lahore.

The final year students of Speech and Language pathology presented their synopsis to faculty for approval. The synopses were prepare d under the supervision of Ms. Safa Pervaiz.

Professor aftab Asif, Dr. Irum Amer, Dr. Arshad Awan, Ms Safa Pervaiz and Dr Imran gave their valuable feedback to students.

Speech language pathology students got highest marks in 3rd professional examination.

Students celebrated their success with faculty and colleagues.
