We warmly invite you to the unveiling of our installation Lattice of Light at IAPEX 2025, Expo Center Lahore, opening 5–7 December, as part of Pakistan’s largest materials and architecture exhibition, TRIALOGUE 25: Converging Art, Design & Architecture — “Rewriting the Languages of Cities.”
Lattice of Light is a spatial reflection on becoming — rising through light, tension, balance, mirrored bases, illuminated fabric, and a gesture of Persian calligraphy that speaks of unity and renewal. By night, it transforms into a quiet constellation of memory and possibility.
The work represents BNU RHSA and is created by Fatima Zahra, Sara Assad, and Zain Adil.
We would be honored to have you visit and experience the installation.

This Saturday, join Abuzar Madhu and Ravi Bachao Tehreek for an insightful session on the history and condition of the river that powered life in Lahore for centuries and continues to this day. Ravi and its environs have witnessed many changes over the years. From sporadic urban development to dangerously rising water levels. But the history of the river is full of poetry, music, and art. Where did that get lost?
In Know Your City, students are challenged to see their city not through one lens but several. That is how the city unfolds and reveals itself as a living organism that is changing by the minute and not as an immobile object of inspection.
Abuzar and his team at Ravi Bachao Tehreek honour the river with the dignity that it deserves. For them the river is a sacrosanct entity that should not be tampered with without the consent of all stakeholders of the city. Come and hear his version of what the city must look like and what it has become.
