IEEE Day 2012

In the Core Body of IEEE UET for the year 2020-21, Mr. Sumama Zaeem was the President of the organization. Sumama is Student Activities Committee Representative (SSR) at IEEE Lahore Section, Immediate Past Chairperson IEEE UET Lahore Student Branch , Community Lead at AWS Community Pakistan, AWS Startup Scout, AWS Community Builder, AWS User Group Leader and former AWS Educate Student Ambassador. He is also a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador. His passion for the technical organizations, yearning to excel in the field, and utmost desire to see other students utilizing all the beneficial technical forums is what made him make his way tirelessly over the ladder, and it is only due to his endeavours that IEEE UET is recognized all around the region for successful organization of events, seminars, with well-known speakers in the respective fields, and the most functional student body all over Pakistan. IEEE, AWS, and Personal Branding are the words that can describe Sumama personality because his content and post revolves around these words.

A lecture on embedded system development has been planned on 20/2/2013 (Wednesday) during break hour 12 to 1 at E3 Lecture room. Mr. Zeeshan Altaf, Senior Operation Manager of Mentor Graphics, will be giving the lecture.
Following topics will be covered during break hour:

1) Embedded Market of Pakistan
2) Skill set that embedded system developer must have
3) Projects based on embedded systems
4) Mentor's internship program

Its a wonderful opportunity for embedded developers to get to know the field and things they must grasp in order to target the market.

P.S: Mr Zeeshan particularly asked for session 10,11 and 12.

Thanks everybody for coming. It always feels great to meet the seniors who have graduated, especially when we have wonderful memories with them. Thanks for all the hardwork that the previous EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE did.
