USA Pushtoon Students Society strongly condemns the illegal arrest of "Riaz Khan Mehsud" Chairman PEDM (Pashtoon Educational And Development Moment) at Punjab University Lahore.
A few days before the violent student group IJT attacked PEDM law college students also starts a fire and so many students were injured but the corrupt administration is still silent on their violence, using weapons in institutions, and disturbing public peace. People were very threatened after this shouting and today once again students face violence and threat from the Punjab police. This is an illegal & illiterate way to arrest noninvolved students.

Today Riaz Khan has been abducted a while ago by the Punjab police from his hostel without a legal procedure. A few days ago, Pashtoons students at Punjab university were attacked by the IJT goons who are the de facto rulers of Punjab university, fully supported by the university administration and Punjab police. They didn’t arrest the culprits who were involved in attacking Pashtoons students but in contrast arrested Chairman Riaz Khan, to divert the demands of arresting IJT goons in the attack they did on Pashtoons students.
Release Riaz Khan on an emergency basis.

Our resistance will continue until our comrade is not released. We need a clean & clear investigation of this violence against public peace.

18جنوری: اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کی لاپتہ افراد کیس میں اٹارنی جنرل کی شدید سرزنش، کہا جب ریاست ہی لوگوں کو لاپتہ کرے تو تفتیش کون کرے گا۔ اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا مجھے کچھ معلوم نہیں سیکیورٹی اداروں سے پوچھیں۔ جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے کہا کہ یہ آپکی ذمہ داری ہے۔ لاپتہ افراد کی فہرست آئندہ سماعت پر ہر صورت فراہم کریں۔
20 جنوری: لاہور(جہاں لاپتہ افراد کی بازیابی کی تحریک سب سے مضبوط ہے) کے علاقے انارکلی میں دھماکا۔ 3 افراد جاں بحق۔ اچانک ایک بلوچ تنظیم نے ذمہ داری قبول کر لی۔
21 جنوری: لاہور کی سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں کے ہاسٹلز میں رات گئے پولیس کے چھاپے۔ بلوچ اور پشتون طلباء کو کمروں سے باہر نکال کر تفتیش اور گرفتاریاں۔
22 جنوری: بس ثابت ہوا۔ بلوچ اور پشتون جنہیں لاپتہ کیا گیا، وہ ریاست کا درست اقدام تھا۔ کیس ختم۔ اعلان ختم۔
ہم اس ناروا سلوک کی سخت مزمت کرتے ہیں ۔۔ یہ کہاں کا قانون ہیں کہ دہشت گردوں کو پکڑنے اور لاہور میں امن لانے کیلئے طالب علموں کو بغیر کسی جرم کے جیل میں ڈالنا ؟؟ طالب علموں کو فوری طور پر رہا کیا جائے ۔۔۔۔

This video clearly shows how gangster organization is oppressing and torturing peaceful protesting students! Students are using weapons as well as administration. Given our injuries and witnesses, our university administration and Islamabad police are requested to take strict action against this organization.

آئے روز جمعیت اسلامی غنڈہ تنظیم ہمارے پشتون بلوچ سرائیکی بائیوں پر ظلم کرتے ہیں اور یونیورسٹیز کے انتظامیہ کے خلاف بھی ہمیشہ یہی صف اول پر پائے گئے ہیں ۔جتنے بھی بالائی اور طاقت ور مافیاز ان کو سپورٹ کرتے آرہے ہیں حکومت کی طرف سے اب تک کوئی بھی سخت ایکشن نہیں لیا گیا ہیں ؟ اور نہ ہی کوئی کاروئی ان کو روکنے کیلئے ہو رہی ہیں ؟ ہماری حکومت سے درخواست ہیں کہ آئے روز یہ تنظیم ہمارے طلبہ کو زخمی اور دماغی پریشان کر رہیں
ایک ماہ پہلے پنجاب یونیورسٹی میں طلبہ پر تشدد کیا؟چند روز پہلے قائداعظم یونیورسٹی کے بسس پر غلط لہجہ کا استعمال کیا تھا اور آج پھر انڑرنیشنل اسلامک یونیورسٹی اسلام آباد میں پر امن طلبہ احتجاج پر حملہ کیا ؟طلبہ کے ساتھ ساتھ انتظامیہ کو بھی شدید زخمی کیا ؛ . ہماری حکومت پاکستان؛ پرائم منسٹر عمران خان اور اسلام آباد کی جتنے بھی ادارے سب سے درخواست ہے کہ وہ اس غنڈہ گرد تنظیم پر پابندی لگا دی جائے اس کے خلاف سخت سے سخت کاروائی کرکے ہمیں انصاف مہیا کیا جائے اور ہمیں تعلیم کرنے کیلئے بہتر ماحول مہیا کیا جائے ۔
On that day, the Jamiat Islamic gangster organization oppresses our Pashtun Baloch Saraiki brothers and has always been against the administration of universities. No strong action has been taken by the government so far. Nor are any actions happening to stop them? Our government is requesting that this organization should be injured and mentally disturbed by our students every day ۔. Tortured students in Punjab university a month ago? A few days ago, Quaid_e_Azam university used false words on buses and attacked peaceful students in Islamabad, Islamabad. Severely injured the students as well as the administration;
Our government of Pakistan; Prime minister Imran khan and all the institutions in Islamabad are requesting that they should be banned from this gangster organization and provide us with justice by taking strict action against it and providing us with a better environment to educate.

Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party provincial president and former senator Shaheed Usman Khan Kakar (who was martyred at the Aga Khan Hospital in Karachi on Monday, June 21) was offered funeral prayers in absentia by Pashtun Baloch councils at various universities across the country, along with the Qur'an. Khawani and rice were also donated, Candle Night was celebrated, And with it the Revolutionary Walk, full of black flags, condemned this tragic event.
Lala Shaheed always supported the students, the oppressed against the oppressor, the subjugated against the ruler, and the oppressed against the oppressor. Students of FATA and Balochistan have always played a very important role in solving their problems.
We pray to Allah Almighty to uphold the progressive thinking of Lala Shaheed, and to continue the unity and solidarity among the Pashtun Baloch. May Allah Almighty create more progressive and peaceful politicians like Lala Shaheed. May Allah Almighty bless Lala Shaheed. May He grant him a high position in Paradise and may He grant patience to his family. Amen
