📌Job Summary

Successful candidates will support field research activities by collecting, documenting, and reporting accurate data. You will work closely with project coordinators to ensure research tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally.

✅Key Responsibilities

- Collect field data through surveys, interviews, and digital data collection tools.
- Administer questionnaires and record responses accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation of research findings.
- Assist with data validation and quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
- Follow established research ethics, guidelines, and project procedures.
- Submit field reports and activity updates within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- A background in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in research, surveys, or fieldwork is beneficial but not compulsory.

📋 Requirements

- Applicants must currently reside in Kano, Lagos, or Enugu State.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of paper-based or digital data collection methods.

📋 Who We Are Looking For:
We are actively recruiting one new Board Director with specific expertise in:

Human Resources & Talent Management

Restructuring and Change Management

Botswana Labor and Employment Laws

Bonus: Familiarity with the non-profit or civil society organization (CSO) landscape.

👥 Board Participation Expectations:
Our active 9-member board (including the Executive Director) plays a pivotal role in governance, strategic vision, fiduciary oversight, and resource mobilization.

Commitment: An average of 5 hours per month.

Meetings: Quarterly 2-hour meetings (held both in-person and virtually), plus occasional ad-hoc sessions as needed.

Term: A 3-year term (eligible for a maximum of two terms under our staggered model).

Advocacy: Supporting SSI through networking, resource development, and promoting organizational events.
