"The LGU Academic Branch team has successfully concluded yet another fruitful faculty orientation series for the newly hired faculty and administrative staff for the Fall 2023 intake. The program concluded with a warm welcome tea hosted by the esteemed Vice-Chancellor and Registrar. During this session, newcomers engaged in conversations, fostering connections, and expressed gratitude for the warm reception extended by the LGU Management.

The LGUPEC Faculty Development Program (FDP) organized a comprehensive 5-day orientation for newly hired faculty members. The program, overseen by the Academics Branch, provided in-depth insights into LGU's rules, procedures, and organizational culture. Various departments, including ORIC, QEC, HR, ERP, and Finance, took the opportunity to introduce themselves and familiarize the new faculty with their respective functions and roles.
