Idara-i-Nazaria-i-Pakistanis a national, independent, non-parochial academic institution for projecting the Ideology of Pakistan as enunciated by our Founding Fathers, Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It was established in 1992 by Punjab’s then Chief Minister Ghulam Haider Wyne along with other veterans of Pakistan Movement. It is being run successfully under the Chairma

nship of Chief Justice (r) Sheikh Ijaz Nisar who is a well-known jurist. Majid Nizami, who was a veteran of Pakistan Movement and a renowned journalist, the Idara-i-Nazaria-i-Pakistan achieved its objectives considerably as outlined in its Act. It is a fully autonomous institution, administered by a 21 member Board of Governors, with a Senior Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman and a Secretary. It also has a General Council of 43 members. All these bodies hold periodical meetings after every six months. The BOG has constituted a Management Committee comprising the members of the BOG, to look after the day to day affairs of the institution.
