Since then it has taken a number of innovative measures both in academics and management to ensure that the students receive education of the highest standards. Our mission is to produce professionals equipped with the latest techniques in business education. In pursuance of this objective, we expose our students to a broad spectrum of learning, which helps them develop creative thinking, analytical skill and effective communication. FMS prepares students for leadership positions in a dynamic and highly competitive business world.

New Grading Policy

I have been listening to many rumors regarding students dissatisfaction towards the new grading policy. Please understand that the new grading policy has been implemented after long discussion and arguments by the Deans as well as the Executive Committee. The basic purpose is twofold: One for the improvement of quality and maintaining the "W4" status granted by HEC, the second is to support our students who apply for government and other jobs where merit is designed on percentage basis. A grade at 90% will help them secure the job as compared to previous 80% for A grade. UCP has always followed the 90% for A grade policy since its inception, it was revised to 80% in 2005 but now we believe that the new grading policy will help us raise quality standards and hence students will also get the better positioning in the market. Please understand that there is no other reason behind this change so do not get involved in spreading negativity, and focus on studies. This way we all can continue the hard work to build the image of UCP in the world.
