Roza sirf bhookh aur pyaas bardasht karne ka naam nahi, balki yeh roohani tazkiya ka bhi zariya hai. Iss video mein yeh wazahat ki gayi hai ke kaunse aamal roza tod dete hain aur kaunse sirf makruh hain.

✅ Roza Tornay Wale Amaal – Jan bojh kar khana peena, shohar biwi ke taaluqat, jaan bujh kar ulti karna, haiz ka ana, ya smoking se roza toot jata hai aur Qaza lazmi hoti hai. Kuch surat mein Kaffarah bhi dena parta hai.

✅ Makruh Amaal (Jo Roza Nahi Todtay) – Jhoot bolna, gheebat karna, munh zyada dhona (gargle), agarbatti ya bukhoor ka khaas tor par sungna, ya zyada khoon donate karna sawab mein kami ka sabab bantay hain.

✅ Behtareen Tariqa – Makruh cheezon se bhi bacha jaye taake roza zyada paak aur maqbool ho.

کرپٹو کرنسی:

علماء میں اختلاف ہے کہ آیا یہ کرنسی شمار ہوتی ہے یا نہیں۔

بعض علماء کہتے ہیں کہ چونکہ کرپٹو کا خارجی وجود نہیں، اس لیے یہ مال متقوم نہیں اور اس پر تجارت ناجائز ہے۔

کچھ علماء کا مؤقف ہے کہ اگر مستقبل میں یہ عام ضرورت بن جائے تو اس پر نظرثانی ہو سکتی ہے، جیسے ماضی میں کرنسی نوٹوں پر کیا گیا۔

فاریکس ٹریڈنگ:

اگر ٹریڈنگ سودی اکاؤنٹ میں ہو تو ناجائز ہے۔

اسلامک اکاؤنٹ (سواب فری) میں اگر کرنسی کی کرنسی کے ساتھ ٹریڈنگ ہو، تو بعض شرائط کے ساتھ جائز ہو سکتی ہے۔

کرنسی کی خرید و فروخت کا معاملہ جسمانی نہیں بلکہ ڈیجیٹل ہوتا ہے، جیسے ایزی پیسہ اور بینکنگ سسٹم میں ہوتا ہے۔

کچھ اعتراضات یہ ہیں کہ اس میں "قبضہ" کا مسئلہ آتا ہے، لیکن جدید فقہ کے مطابق ڈیجیٹل قبضہ بھی تسلیم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

بعض علماء کے اعتراضات ہیں کہ بروکرز ادھار (فری مارجن) دیتے ہیں اور نفع کماتے ہیں، جو سود کے زمرے میں آ سکتا ہے۔
