How often did you try a new habit just to break it shortly after?
When did you start something and stay consistent with it?
Where’s the difference between lasting change and breaking habits?
Changing isn’t magic, you know?
You just need to know what makes it stick and you’re good to go.
So stop underestimating yourself believing that you’re one of the few “special” people who can’t become someone else.
Stop pretending that you’re broken - you have the same power to become better as anyone else does.
