We recently conducted a powerful, research-based training session on “Child Behaviour and Teen Psychology Embedded in Learning” for our educators.

Led by Mr.Osama Sohail, our dedicated School Counsellor & Psychologist, the session offered deep insights into the emotional, cognitive, and social development of children and teens. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, teachers explored how psychological growth directly influences learning and classroom behaviour.

This enriching experience strengthened our educators’ ability to create empathetic, supportive, and engaging learning environments — where every child can truly thrive.

Empowering Educators through Digital Innovation! 🌟

At SOAR STEM Schools, we believe that professional growth fuels impactful teaching. A comprehensive Professional Development Session was recently conducted by Ms. Sadaf Arif, Head of CITMM, focusing on the integration of digital tools with modern learning pedagogy.

The session emphasized the importance of technology in transforming classrooms into dynamic, student-centered learning spaces. Teachers gained hands-on experience with powerful digital platforms such as Padlet, Edpuzzle, Nearpod, Canva for Education, Quizizz, Jamboard and many more exploring innovative ways to make lessons more interactive, collaborative, and engaging.

A training session was held for all new staff members about Implementation of STEM in the Classrooms. All teachers learnt about conceptual teaching and learning, application of skills and the STEM Cycle, and its effective usage in class through a hand on activity.

A training session was held for the Homeroom Teachers at EME campus about "Teaching English Language & Literature". All teachers learnt about how to effectively implement and teach the 4 language strands in class. They also learnt and practiced various teaching strategies that can be used in class.

A training session was held for the teachers about "Assessments and Evaluation". The trainees learnt about the various assessment strategies, how they can effectively use them in a classroom setting and how to design assessments that test the conceptual understanding of a student.

A training session was held for all newly inducted staff in November 2022, "Introduction to Concept Based Education". It walked the trainees through the teaching methodology employed in the school, the what concepts and skills are, and how we can incorporate STEM into our daily teaching & learning.
