• Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement advanced financial models to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data and transactions, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Lead and manage the preparation of the annual budget, including periodic forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support annual audits and compliance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, promoting professional development and ensuring the team meets performance expectations.
• Stay updated with changes in IFRS and financial regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
