M. Maaz Arif (President, CEES Character Building Society) visited CEES where he met with Prof. Dr. Sajid Rashid Ahmed (Dean, Faculty of Geosciences) to make duas and pay tribute to the 53rd Vice Chancellor University of the Punjab Prof. Dr. M. Arif Butt.
He met with Prof. Dr. Irfan Ahmed Shaikh (Principal, CEES) and former OHS students to discuss the continuation of M.Phil OHS program along with making prayers for Dr. Arif Butt.

Prof. Dr. M. Arif Butt, the "Teacher of Teachers" and Former Vice Chancellor, University of the Punjab passed away on the 7th Muharram 1448 AH (23rd June 2026).
