Where Talent Finds a Stage — Punjab University Students Shine Again 🏆

At the University of the Punjab, education extends far beyond the classroom. Students are encouraged to discover their voice, develop confidence, compete, lead and excel.

In a competition held at Ravi Law College, Abdul Rehman Sudais of the Department of Communication and Media Research secured First Position in Urdu Serious, while Shoukat Ali of the University Law College achieved Second Position in Urdu Humorous.

Together, they also brought home the Team Trophy for the University of the Punjab — another proud reflection of the talent and vibrant student culture that PU continues to nurture.

As Fall 2026 admissions are underway, aspiring students are invited to become part of a university where academic learning is complemented by debating, literature, leadership, sports, societies and countless opportunities for personal growth.

Day 2 brought another exciting round of talent and creativity, with trials for Parliamentary Debates, Declamation, Dramatic Arts, and Quiz conducted today.

The Pioneers Media Society took the initiative to celebrate Independence Day the classic way this year. From decorating the hall to a wholesome cake-cutting ceremony, the students brought nostalgic 14th of August memories to life!

A Proud Achievement!

With over 100 registrations, Hafiz Abdur Rehman Sudais secured 1st Position in the competition organized by the Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department, Government of Punjab.

He was awarded a cash prize of PKR 50,000 at Expo Centre Lahore on 11 August, presented by Maryam Aurangzeb.
