اپنی سابقہ تعلیم، دلچسپی اور Career Goals کے مطابق مناسب پروگرام اور یونیورسٹیز منتخب کریں۔
2️⃣ EEF Portal پر اپلائی کریں
اپنی Personal، Academic اور دیگر مطلوبہ معلومات اور Documents جمع کروائیں۔
3️⃣ File Evaluation & Payment
Campus France آپ کی فائل کا جائزہ لیتا ہے، Validation اور متعلقہ Fee Payment مکمل ہوتی ہے۔
4️⃣ Campus France Interview
فائل کی Validation کے بعد Campus France Interview کا مرحلہ مکمل کیا جاتا ہے۔
5️⃣ یونیورسٹی سے Admission
Campus France آپ کی Application متعلقہ یونیورسٹیز کو Evaluation کے لیے بھیجتا ہے۔ Admission ملنے کے بعد اپنی پسند کا پروگرام Finalize کریں۔
6️⃣ Visa Process

اپنی Academic Background کے مطابق مناسب Public University اور Programme تلاش کریں۔
2️⃣ یونیورسٹی میں Direct Application

3️⃣ Admission Letter حاصل کریں
یونیورسٹی کی طرف سے Admission/Acceptance Letter حاصل کریں۔
4️⃣ EEF پر اپلائی کریں — “I am Accepted”
Admission ملنے کے بعد EEF Portal پر اپنی Admission Details اور Letter جمع کروائیں اور Campus France کا مطلوبہ Process مکمل کریں۔
5️⃣ EEF Certificate حاصل کریں
EEF/Campus France Validation مکمل ہونے کے بعد مطلوبہ Certificate حاصل کریں۔
6️⃣ Student Visa Process

*STEP BY STEP COMPLETE GUIDE | FRANCE STUDY VISA | NAWAZ GLOBAL GATEWAYS*

*STEP 1*

* Go the the campus france website. Link "https://www.pakistan.campusfrance.org/"

* Click on the tab "What program are you looking for" here you can apply filter according to your requirement (Bachelor degree, Master degree, English taught program)

* Search your relevent program through the key word which is most relevent to your previous course subjects and research work.

* Make a word document in which short list the university according to your program also collect the following details

- University Name
- Program Name, website link
- Program fee
- Admission procedure (most of the public university accept application through EEF)
- Course coordinator Email (Which is helpful for scholarship purpose and any other information)

*This is the step one you should make a strong research to find your courses before the starting date of admission*

*STEP 2*

After selecting the course from the campus france website go to the EEF (Etudes En France) portal link " https://pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/etudesenfrance/dyn/public/authentification/login.html?codeLangue=EN "

- Register yourself on your personal details (passport is mandatory for registration) make sure that your passport number is correct you will not be able to change your passport number when your portal is generated.
- Click on the tab "I am candidate/Student yet not accepted"
- Add the personal details, education details, documents, english language details.
- Go to the "I fill my training basket" choose your programs (wisely which is most relevent to your previous study it enhance your chances of admission). You can choose 7 program for master degree make sure all the program will be english taught and double check the university fee from EEF and university portal course website too.
- Write the motivational letter of each program separatly which is 2500 character (320-350 word of A4 page) in which you should cover all these points

-Why this university
-Career Goals

- Review your details and motivational letter again before submitting the file.
- After submitting the file wait for the response from CAMPUS FRANCE they will validate your file if every document is in order if they require any change they will send you an email of correction. (Your file will be validate in 14 working days).
- After the validation you received a payment email on the same day. Your payment will be register in minimum 7 working days.
- After the payment registration wait for the interview call.

*Till yet you will complete the EEF procedure and your file will be transfered to the concerend universities for the evaluation*

*STEP 3*

When your interview will be conduct through CF (CAMPUS FRANCE) and your file will trasnfer to the concerend universities.

- Wait for the response through the universities they will evaluate your application and update your status on the tab " The establishment examine your application"
- If you received more then one admission letter through EEF (which is electronic acceptance) you can select only one course for your visa process.
- Now if you didnt receive a single admission letter through the EEF and got the admission letter through direct portal go to the tab "I am accepted" upload your admission letter in the tab "acceptance recevied out side the EEF" and all your personal details which is previously filled will work and submit your application for validation.
- When you finalized your program through EEF then go to the same tab "i am accepted" and click on the option "electronic acceptance recevied through campus france" and submit your file.
- A certificate will be generate at the same instant and then you will able to start your visa process.
- Go to the concered AEG (karachi, lahore, islamabad, multan) for the visa appointment. You need to submit the following copies of documents in AEG.
-Admission letter (if your admission is through eef portal try early to get an admission letter through establishment too) because in 2025 intake embassy asked about the official admission letter through the estabalishment.
-EEF Certificate
-EEF payment slip
-Id card copy
-Passport origional
-Appointment fee which is (approx 2500 for AEG Islamabad) and 3370 for other AEG,s.
- After the appointment prepare your documents for visa and file your visa on the appointment date. Thats all.
*These are the three simple steps which is necessary to followed for a successful france student visa.

فری میں IELTS کی تیاری کرنے کا مکمل روڈمیپ۔ کسی کو 20,000 سے 50,000 فیس دینے کی بجائے خود تیاری کریں اور پیسے بچا کے کوئی سکل سیکھ لیں۔

پاکستان میں ہر سال ہزاروں سٹوڈنٹس اسٹڈی ویزا، ورک ویزا یا امیگریشن کے لیے آئی ایلٹس (IELTS) کی تیاری شروع کرتے ہیں۔ افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ بہت سے لوگ صرف اس لیے 20,000 سے 50,000 PKR تک کی فیس ادا کر دیتے ہیں کیونکہ انہیں لگتا ہے کہ بغیر اکیڈمی کے اچھا بینڈ حاصل کرنا ممکن نہیں۔

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اگر آپ کے پاس صحیح روڈ میپ، مستقل مزاجی اور مفت آفیشل ریسورسز موجود ہوں تو آپ گھر بیٹھے بھی بہترین تیاری کر سکتے ہیں۔ دنیا بھر میں ہزاروں امیدوار صرف سیلف پریپریشن (Self Preparation) کے ذریعے 7، 7.5 اور 8 بینڈ تک حاصل کرتے ہیں۔

ریڈنگ Reading کے دوران ہر لفظ کا مطلب ڈھونڈنے کے بجائے پورے پیراگراف کا مفہوم سمجھنے کی عادت بنائیں۔

Step 5 – Improve Writing

رائٹنگ Writing وہ حصہ ہے جہاں زیادہ تر پاکستانی سٹوڈنٹس نمبر کھو دیتے ہیں۔

روزانہ ایک Essay اور ایک Letter یا Report لکھیں۔

بینڈ ڈیسکریپٹرز Band Descriptors پڑھیں تاکہ معلوم ہو کہ Examiner کس چیز پر نمبر دیتا ہے۔

اپنی Writing کو دوبارہ پڑھیں، Grammar اور Vocabulary کی غلطیاں درست کریں اور ہر ہفتے پرانے Essays کا جائزہ لیں۔

Step 6 – Improve Speaking

بہت سے لوگ Speaking کی پریکٹس نہیں کرتے اور امتحان والے دن گھبرا جاتے ہیں۔

روزانہ 15 سے 20 منٹ انگلش میں خود سے بات کریں۔

اپنی آواز موبائل پر ریکارڈ کریں۔

آئینے کے سامنے بولنے کی مشق کریں۔

دوست یا پارٹنر کے ساتھ روزانہ Speaking کریں۔

Step 7 – Learn Grammar

اگر آپ کی گرامر کمزور ہے تو پہلے بنیادی اصول مضبوط کریں۔

Step 8 – Build Vocabulary

صرف لفظ یاد نہ کریں بلکہ اس کا جملہ بھی بنائیں۔

اصل امتحان کی طرح وقت مقرر کریں۔

اپنی غلطیوں کی فہرست بنائیں۔

انہی غلطیوں پر اگلے ہفتے کام کریں۔

Step 10 – Follow a Daily Study Plan

ایک سادہ روٹین اپنائیں۔

30 منٹ Listening

45 منٹ Reading

45 منٹ Writing

20 منٹ Speaking

20 منٹ Vocabulary

15 منٹ Grammar

اگر آپ روزانہ صرف 2 سے 3 گھنٹے مسلسل تین ماہ یہ روٹین فالو کریں تو آپ کی انگلش میں واضح بہتری آئے گی۔
