Today’s session was not just another meeting. It was about creating a strong foundation for our sales and marketing journey through:

🔹 Sales Strategy – Understanding the market, customer needs, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

🔹 Marketing Strategy – Building a stronger market presence, communicating our value proposition, and creating the right positioning for our products and solutions.

🔹 Product Knowledge – Because great salespeople don't just sell machines — they understand the technology, applications, advantages, and the business value behind every product.

🔹 Market Understanding – Learning how to identify customer requirements, recommend the right solutions, and become a trusted technical partner rather than simply a salesperson.

🔹 Team Development – Sharing experience, discussing real market situations, answering questions, and developing a mindset of continuous learning.

I strongly believe that a successful organization is built by developing people first.

When a team has the right product knowledge + sales skills + market understanding + commitment, results naturally follow.
