اٹالین یونیورسٹیوں کا زیادہ تر داخلہ سیشن ستمبر سے شروع ہوکر مئی تک ہوتا ہے۔ اسلیئے ایڈمیشن سے لیکر ویزہ لینے تک سٹوڈنٹس کو چار مراحل سے گزارنا ہوتا ہے۔

سب سے پہلے اپنے اٹلی کی پبلک یونیورسٹیوں میں سے اپنا مطلوبہ کورس سرچ کرنا ہے، جس میں اپ ماسٹر سٹڈی کرنا چاہتے ہے۔ یہ اپ درج زیل لنک کی مدد سے کرسکتے ہے۔

جب اپکو اپنا مطلوبہ فیلڈ مل جائے جس میں اپ داخلہ لینا چاہتے ہے تو اپنے سب سے پہلے اس یونیورسٹی کی ڈیڈ لائنز دیکھنی ہوگی کہ داخلہ کب شروع ہوتا ہے اور کب ختم؟۔ ہر ایک یونیورسٹی کی اپنی ڈیڈ لائن ہوتی ہے جو کہ ستمبر سے شروع ہوکر اپریل میں ختم ہوتا ہے۔ یہ معلومات اپ اپنی مطلوبہ یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ پر دیکھ سکتے ہے۔

سوال: ڈگری سادہ چلے گی یا کسی جگہ سے دستخط کرنا ہوگا۔
جواب: HEC سے ڈگری اٹیسٹین لازمی نہیں ہے کچھ اسکالرشپس کیلئے ضروری ہوتا ہے اپلائی کے وقت !! تا ہم زیادہ تر میں ضروری نہیں ہوتا اپلائی کے وقت!! اگر آپ 7th OR 8th سمیٹر میں ہے تو ڈیپارٹمنٹ ہیڈ سے اپنا DMC دستخط کروائیں تو کافی ہے۔لیکن بہتر ہے پہلے جس اسکالرشپ یا یونیورسٹی پر اپلائی کررہے تو ان کی Requirement پڑھو۔ اگر اپ گریجویٹ ہے تو پھر Attestation لازمی کریں۔ نیچے ایک لمبی تحریر لکھی ہے جس میں A سے لیکر Z تک تمام طریقہ کار بتا دیا گیا ہے۔

اپ ہر ایک یونیورسٹی کو اپنا درخواست یعنی اپلائی کرسکتے ہے۔ اپلائی کرنے بعد اپنا Email دیکھتے رہیں اور ان تمام یونیورسٹیوں کی لسٹ کا ایک Excel شیٹ بنائیں جس پر اپنے اپلائی کیا ہے۔ جس میں بنیادی معلومات اپنے درج کرنی ہے جیسے کہ یونیورسٹی کا نام، اسکا لنک، اسکی ڈیڈلائن اور ساتھ ساتھ یونیورسٹی پر Login کرنے کیلئے اپنا Email اور پاسورڈ وغیرہ!!

4) 𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑽𝑰𝑺𝑨 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑪𝑬𝑺𝑺):

رزلٹ کا انتظار کریں اگر اپکا ایڈمیشن کسی بھی یونیورسٹی میں ہوجاتا ہے تو اپکو پھر درج ذیل Steps سے گزرنا ہوگا۔

4) 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑:

اٹلی کے اندر کچھ یونیورسٹیاں ایسی ہوتی ہے جو ایڈمیشن کیساتھ ساتھ اپکو اسکالرشپس بھی مہیا کرتا ہے یہ Depends کرتا ہے مطلوبہ یونیورسٹی پر!!

اگر یونیورسٹی اپکو ایڈمیشن دیتا ہے اور اسکالرشپس نہیں تو فکر کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں! اٹلی کے اندر ہر ایک region کے اندر اسکالرشپس ہوتی ہے۔ اپکی یونیورسٹی کونسی Region میں اتی ہے اس ریجن کی اسکالرشپس پر اپکو اپلائی کرنا ہوتا ہے۔

اسکی وجہ یہ ہے کہ اگر یونیورسٹی اپسے IELTS نہیں مانگتی لیکن پاکستان میں موجود اٹالین ایمبسی پر سٹوڈنٹس کی تعداد زیادہ ہوتی ہے اسلیئے وہ IELTS کا بہانہ بنا کر اپکا ویزہ ریجکٹ کرتا ہے۔۔ اسلیئے سٹوڈنٹس سے درخواست ہے کہ اخری مراحل میں ریجکشن کی وجہ سے اپ IELTS کریں۔ IELTS صرف انگلش زبان کا ٹیسٹ ہوتا ہے جس کی تیاری اپ 1 مہینے میں کرسکتے ہے۔ تیاری کیلئے کتابیں، ویڈیوز لیکچرز اور باقی میٹریل صرف 300 پاکستانی روپے میں اپ Online Books Shop سے ارڈر کرسکتے ہے۔

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announces fully-funded scholarships for Pakistani students in 25 Saudi Universities. The scholarships are offered for diploma, Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. programs in the Kingdom. Students residing in Pakistan and overseas Pakistanis residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can apply for these scholarships.

Scholarships are offered for all fields of study. A monthly allowance of 900 Saudi Riyal (SR) will be given to science students and 850 SR to humanities students. 03 months of Furnishing allowance will also be given on arrival in KSA for married Scholars. The scholarship also covers the full tuition fee and other expenses.

کسی بھی اسکالرشپ اپلائی کرنے کے لئے آپ کو سب سے پہلے اپلائی کرنے کا طریقہ پتہ ہونا چاہئے اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ آپ کو اسکالرشپ کے لئے آپ کے ضروری کاغذات کا چاہئے لازمی ہے. آپ کچھ کاغذات نا ہونے کے صورت میں بھی کچھ اسکالرشپ اپلائی کر سکتے ہیں اور اگر آپ کو اسکالرشپ کسی کاغذ کی مانگ کرے تو ملک پاکستان کے حالات کے مطابق وہ کاغذ کے لئے آپ کو مہینے بھی لگ سکتے ہیں. یہاں کاغذ (documents) کو کہا گیا ہے.

نوٹ: اگر آپ ایلٹس (IELTS) اور جی آر ای (GRE) جیسے ٹیسٹ دینا چاہیں تو آپ اپنے ڈگری کے ساتویں سیمسٹر کے دوران یہ ٹیسٹ دیں تاکہ آپ کے لئے زیادہ سے زیادہ اسکالرشپ میں اپلائی کرنے کا موقع ہو۔

1. دسمبر - جنوری

پاکستان میں زیادہ تر ہر یونیورسٹی سال کے آخری مہینہ یا نومبر تک اپنے امتحان کروا کر آپ کے ڈگری وغیرہ دیتے ہیں تو جب آپ کو ڈگری ملے تو آپ اسی وقت اپنے تعلیمی کاغذات مکمل کر لیں جیسے کہ یونیورسٹی کی ڈگری (University Degree) فائنل ٹرانسكرپٹ (Final Transcript) اور اسکالرشپ کے لئے دو/تین ریفرینس لیٹر (Reference Letters) کی مانگ کرتے ہیں تو آپ اپنے تین پروفیسر سے یہ بنوائیں اور یہ بہت اچھا وقت ہوتا ہے کیوں کہ اس وقت آپ ذاتی طور ان کے پاس جاکر ادب سے یہ چیزیں مانگ سکتے ہیں ورنہ پھر کچھ مہینہ بعد پروفیسر اپنی زندگی اور کام میں مصروف ہوجاتے ہیں تو آپ کو میسج یا کال کا جواب نہیں ملتا تو آپ رونا شروع ہوجاتے ہیں. لیکن کچھ یونیورسٹی جو ڈگری دینے میں زیادہ دیر بھی کرتی ہیں تو ان یونیورسٹی سے آپ Provisional Certificate لے کر اسکالرشپ میں اپلائی کر سکتے ہیں بشرط یہ کہ جب آپ کو فائنل اسکالرشپ مل جائے گی تو آپ ڈگری جمع کروائیں گے.

2. مارچ - اپریل

اس دوران آپ بہت سے جگہ جیسے کہ اسکالرشپ لیگ یا اسکالرشپ نیٹ ورک جیسے بہترین گروپ میں چکر لگائیں اور دیکھیں کہ ایک سی وی (CV) کیسے بناتے ہیں. جس ملک میں آپ اپلائی کر رہے ہیں آپ اس ملک کے مطابق اپنی سی وی (CV) بنائیں. جیسے کہ کینیڈا کے لئے آپ Job.bank.ca سے کینیڈا سی وی (CV) فارمیٹ دیکھ سکتے ہیں اور اس کے مطابق اپنی سی وی (CV) بنا سکتے ہیں جو کہ کینیڈا اور امریکہ کے لئے چلتا ہے. لیکن یورپ کے لئے آپ Europass والی سی وی (CV) بنا سکتے ہیں جو کہ پورے یورپ میں قابل قبول ہے. https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv

3. مئی - جون

اس دوران آپ آپ اپنے کوور لیٹر (Cover Letter) اور ایس او پی (Sop) کو لکھنے کی تیاری کریں۔ یہ دونوں چیزیں آپ کے اسکالرشپ حاصل کرنے کے لئے بہترین کاغذ ہیں کیوں کہ ان سے ہی آپ کے اندر کا جائزہ لیا جاتا ہے اگر آپ کے یہ دونوں کاغذ بہت اچھے سے لکھے گئے ہیں تو آپ کو انٹرویو میں نامزد ہونے کا بہت اچھا موقع ہوتا ہے. یہ دونوں چیزیں کیسے لکھنی ہیں وہ آپ نیچے دیئے گئے لنک سے دیکھ سکتے ہیں.

4. جولائی - اگست
اس دوران آپ اپنے ریكمنڈیشن لیٹر (Recommendation Letter) بنائیں. کوشش کریں کہ یہ لیٹر آپ خود بنائیں تاکہ آپ کو یہ بنانے میں اور لکھنے میں سمجھ آنی چاہیے. اور ایک بہترین ریكمنڈیشن لیٹر (Recommendation Letter) آپ نیچے دیئے گئے لنک سے دیکھ سکتے ہیں اور اپنے الفاظ میں بھی لکھ سکتے

5. ستمبر - اکتوبر

اس دوران آپ کوشش کریں کہ اپنی فیلڈ کے متعلق چار پانچ ایسے شارٹ کورس کریں جو آپ کو فائدہ مند ہوں اور وه کورس کریں جن میں آپ کو شوق ہے. انٹرنیٹ میں ویسے تو بہت سے کورس ہیں لیکن ایک ویب سائٹ ہے جو کہ فری کورس آفر کرتی ہے جو کہ کورس مکمل کرنے کے صورت ایک سرٹیفکیٹ بھی دیتے ہیں جو نا صرف آپ کو اسکالرشپ کے لئے فائدہ مند ہے بلکہ یہ سرٹیفکیٹ آپ کو اپنے سی وی میں لگانے کے لئے بھی کافی مددگار ثابت ہو سکتی ہے. نیچے دیئے گئے لنک کے زریعے آپ بہت سے کورس دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔

6۔ نومبر

اس دوران آپ اسکالرشپ میں اپلائی کرنا شروع کر دیں. ہر اسکالرشپ کے الگ الگ ضروریات ہوتے ہیں آپ ہر اسکالرشپ کے ڈیڈ لائن دیکھ کر اس کے مطابق اپلیکیشن دیں.

نوٹ: اسکالرشپ کے لئے جب سفر شروع کرو تو ایک یا دس بار بھی ناکامی ہو تو پیچھے نا ہٹنا کیوں کہ اسکالرشپ میں وہی بندا کامیاب ہوتا ہے جو پیچھے نہیں ہٹتا اور مسلسل اپلائی کرتا رہتا ہے.
