Important Announcement for Parents / Guardians
Dear Parents / Guardians,
Discipline, following proper guidelines, and the quality education and training of children are essential for every institution.
Please note the following important instructions:
From Monday, school timing will be:
Arrival: 7:25 AM (sharp)
Departure: 4:00 – 4:15 PM
Strict punctuality is mandatory.
Kindly provide your child with a proper lunch box.
Do not send more than Rs. 10–20 with the child.
Currently, there is no lunch facility available in the school.
In case of any issue regarding your child, please inform the administration on time at:

Absence without a valid reason will not be accepted.
Continuous absence for 3 days will result in the child being struck off.
Students who have not yet received their books and notebooks will be provided soon.
Teachers will ensure proper supervision of students’ meals and games.
Any complaint regarding the institution will be considered constructive feedback for improvement and will be addressed promptly.

اہم اطلاع برائے والدین / سرپرست حضرات
محترم والدین / سرپرست حضرات،
نظم و ضبط، ہدایات پر عمل، اور بچوں کی بہترین تعلیم و تربیت ہر ادارے کے لیے نہایت ضروری ہے۔
براہِ کرم درج ذیل ہدایات پر عمل کریں:
پیر سے سکول کا وقت درج ذیل ہوگا:
حاضری: صبح 7:25 بجے (لازمی)
چھٹی: شام 4:00 سے 4:15 بجے تک
وقت کی پابندی انتہائی ضروری ہے۔
بچوں کو مکمل لنچ باکس دے کر بھیجیں۔
بچوں کو 10 سے 20 روپے سے زیادہ نہ دیں۔
فی الحال سکول میں اپنے لنگر يا کھانے کی سہولت موجود نہیں ہے۔
بچوں کے متعلق کسی بھی مسئلے کی صورت میں بروقت اس نمبر پر اطلاع دیں:

بغیر کسی معقول وجہ کے غیر حاضری قابل قبول نہیں ہوگی۔
مسلسل 3 دن غیر حاضری کی صورت میں بچے کا نام خارج (Struck Off) کر دیا جائے گا۔
جن بچوں کو ابھی تک کتابیں اور کاپیاں نہیں ملی ہیں، انہیں جلد فراہم کر دی جائیں گی۔
بچوں کے کھانے اور کھیل کی مکمل نگرانی اساتذہ کی ذمہ داری ہوگی۔
ادارے کے متعلق ہر قسم کی شکایت کو بہتری کے لیے مثبت رائے سمجھا جائے گا اور بروقت اصلاح کی جائے گی۔
