MDCAT 2026 – KOHAT
EXAMINATION COMPLETION REPORT
Date: 20 September 2026
It is respectfully submitted that the MDCAT 2026 examination was successfully conducted in District Kohat on 20 September 2026. The examination was conducted at three designated centres, namely Taj Marquee, Nain Marquee, and Rehman Castle.
Due to an unforeseen emergency situation, the examination venues of Taj Marquee and Nain Marquee were shifted at short notice to the Main Building of KIMS. This emergency relocation was accomplished efficiently through the prompt cooperation of the District Administration, Police Department, KIMS administration, and examination staff, ensuring that the examination remained secure and was conducted without disruption.
At Taj Marquee/KIMS Main Building, a total of 520 candidates were registered, out of whom 510 appeared and 10 were absent. At Rehman Castle, 506 out of 520 candidates appeared, while 14 were absent. At Nain Marquee/KIMS Main Building, 498 candidates appeared and 22 were absent out of 520 registered candidates. Thus, against a total registration of 1,560 candidates, 1,514 candidates appeared and 46 remained absent, representing an overall attendance of approximately 97.1%.
Despite the emergency change of venues, the examination started on time and concluded on time. Candidate entry, verification, seating, attendance, examination conduct, collection of examination material, and all other prescribed procedures were completed smoothly and efficiently.
After completion of the examination, all examination boxes and relevant material were properly collected, secured, and handed over to the designated courier for transportation to the main KMU building. The transfer was carried out under appropriate security arrangements in the presence of the designated Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sahib, along with the police squad.
The successful management of the emergency situation was made possible through the excellent coordination and cooperation of the District Administration, Police Department, KIMS administration, MDCAT supervisory team, examination centre staff, and all supporting personnel.
By the Grace of Allah Almighty, the MDCAT examination in Kohat was conducted smoothly, securely, transparently, and successfully, despite the unexpected circumstances and last-minute relocation of two examination venues. The examination material was safely secured and transferred to the designated destination, and the entire examination process was completed in an orderly and timely manner.
Submitted for kind information and official record.
