District Youth Office Kohat, in collaboration with the District Administration Kohat and Youth Development Center KUST, successfully organized a seminar titled "The Power of Mindfulness: Unlock Your Happiness" at KUST.

The seminar aimed to promote mental well-being, self-awareness, and positive thinking among youth, highlighting the importance of mindfulness in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. The event was graced by Mr. Faisal Khan Wazir, District Youth Officer Kohat, Dr. Asif Ali (Focal Person YDC), Prof. Dr. Farid Ullah Khan as Chief Guest, Dr. Mudassir Hussain, Chairman Department of Psychology, KUST.

The guest speakers, Ms. Komal Mehboob and Ms. Sadaf Iqbal, delivered insightful sessions on mindfulness, stress management, and personal growth, engaging participants in meaningful discussions and practical techniques for enhancing happiness and mental wellness.
The seminar concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, leaving participants inspired to adopt mindfulness practices in their daily lives.
