🔹 اپنے HRMIS پروفائل میں موجود تمام کوائف کی تصدیق کریں۔
🔹 غلط یا نامکمل معلومات کی بروقت تصحیح کروائیں۔
🔹 ایسا ریکارڈ جسے اپنی سطح پر درست نہیں کیا جا سکتا، اس کی متعلقہ دفتر کو بروقت نشاندہی کریں۔
🔹 تمام ملازمین یہ عمل 04 دن کے اندر لازماً مکمل کریں۔

📌 SDEOs، ASDEOs، ADEOs، School Leaders اور تمام سکول سربراہان مذکورہ ہدایات اپنے متعلقہ واٹس ایپ/سکول گروپس میں شیئر کریں اور عملے کے پروفائل کارڈز کی تکمیل کے حوالے سے مؤثر نگرانی اور پیروی یقینی بنائیں۔

⚠️ اہم: HRMIS پروفائل میں درج معلومات کی درستگی، تکمیل اور بروقت اپ ڈیٹ کی ذمہ داری متعلقہ ملازم پر عائد ہوگی۔

تمام متعلقہ افسران، سکول سربراہان اور ملازمین سے گزارش ہے کہ اس اہم معاملے کو اولین ترجیح دیتے ہوئے مقررہ مدت کے اندر کارروائی مکمل کریں، تاکہ ضلعی سطح پر درست اور مکمل HRMIS ریکارڈ بروقت فراہم کیا جا سکے۔
