Our Class 5 students performed a simple practical activity using three cards and a laser light to demonstrate that light travels in a straight line. When one of the cards was moved, the light could no longer pass through the holes.

Practical activities make learning clear, engaging, and long-lasting by helping students learn through observation and hands-on experience.

The District Education Officer (DEO) Dr.Muhammad Idrees and Deputy District Education Officer (Deputy DEO) Imtiaz SB paid a surprise visit to GPS Chalandri. During the visit, they inspected the school premises, reviewed the cleanliness and hygiene standards, observed the ongoing construction work, and checked teachers’ attendance and overall performance.
The visiting officers appreciated the efforts of the teaching staff in maintaining a clean and conducive learning environment. They also acknowledged the teachers’ dedication and commitment towards their duties and appreciated the progress of the ongoing construction work.
The visit provided valuable encouragement to the school staff and reinforced the importance of maintaining discipline, cleanliness, regular attendance, and quality education.
They issued an appreciation letter to the Head Teacher and entire staff members of GPS Chalandri.

حقیقی حقائق بمقابلہ غلط معلومات

1. بھرتی کا طریقہ کار: اسکول لیڈرز کی بھرتی ETEA کے ذریعے کی گئی، جس کے لیے متعلقہ منظوری/اجازت حاصل کی گئی تھی۔ یہ طریقہ کار اس لیے اختیار کیا گیا کیونکہ پبلک سروس کمیشن کے ذریعے بھرتی کا عمل عموماً طویل وقت لیتا ہے۔

2. تعلیمی قابلیت: اسکول لیڈرز کے لیے کم از کم 16 سالہ تعلیم لازمی تھی، صرف BA کی ڈگری کافی نہیں تھی۔

3. ETEA ٹیسٹ: اسکول لیڈرز کا ٹیسٹ کوئی سادہ یا عام نوعیت کا ٹیسٹ نہیں تھا، بلکہ امیدواروں کو 18 مضامین میں جانچا گیا، 50 نمبر پاسنگ مارکس تھے جس کے بعد میرٹ کی بنیاد پر انتخاب کا عمل مکمل کیا گیا۔ اور دوسری جانب صرف 9 نمبر پر پاس کیے گئے

4. میدانی تجربہ: اسکول لیڈرز اب تقریباً 3 سال اور 9 ماہ کا عملی و میدانی تجربہ حاصل کر چکے ہیں۔ اس دوران انہوں نے سکولوں میں براہِ راست کام کرتے ہوئے محکمہ تعلیم کے مختلف امور میں اپنی خدمات انجام دی ہیں۔

5. میدانی کارکردگی: ضلعی سطح پر DEOs، SDEOs اور دیگر متعلقہ افسران اس بات کے گواہ ہیں کہ اسکول لیڈرز سکول مانیٹرنگ، اساتذہ کی معاونت، تعلیمی سرگرمیوں اور محکمہ تعلیم کے دیگر امور میں کس محنت سے اپنی ذمہ داریاں ادا کر رہے ہیں۔

6. ذمہ دارانہ بیانات: کسی بھی باعزت سرکاری عہدے پر فائز شخص سے یہ توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ بھرتی کے عمل کے بارے میں ذمہ دارانہ اور حقائق پر مبنی گفتگو کرے۔ اگر اسکول لیڈرز کی بھرتی کو سیاسی بنیادوں پر قرار دینے کا دعویٰ کیا جائے تو اس کے لیے ٹھوس شواہد موجود ہونے چاہئیں۔ اگر کوئی بیان سرکاری قواعد و ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی کرتا ہے تو متعلقہ مجاز اتھارٹی قانون اور قواعد کے مطابق معاملے کا جائزہ لے سکتی ہے۔

7. ASDEOs کی سینیارٹی کے حوالے سے خدشات: نئے تعینات ہونے والے ASDEOs کو سینیارٹی کے حوالے سے غیر ضروری طور پر گمراہ یا پریشان نہیں کیا جانا چاہیے۔ اگر محکمہ تعلیم اس معاملے پر پہلے ہی اپنا مؤقف واضح کر چکا ہے تو افواہوں کے بجائے محکمانہ وضاحت اور سرکاری قواعد کو مدنظر رکھنا چاہیے۔

8. خالی آسامیوں اور مستقبل کی بھرتی: اسکول لیڈرز کی بڑی تعداد میں آسامیاں تاحال خالی ہیں۔ مستقبل میں اگر قبائلی اضلاع/علاقوں کے لیے نشستیں یا دیگر کوٹے مختص کیے جاتے ہیں تو حکومت ان آسامیوں کو باقاعدہ طور پر مشتہر کرکے شفاف، میرٹ پر مبنی اور قانون کے مطابق بھرتی کا عمل مکمل کر سکتی ہے۔
