گذريل عدالتي ٻڌڻي تي عدالت ريمارڪس ڏيندي چيو ته ھي پاليسي مڪمل طرح متضاد آھي،ھڪڙا 50 مارڪن تي پاس ته ٻيا وري 50 کان مٿي اسڪور ڪندڙ وري فيل قرار.
عدالت اھڙي پاليسي کي مذاق قرار ڏيندي ايندڙ ٻڌڻي 30 مئي تي رکندي سڀني پاس قرار ڏنل اميدوارن کي نوٽسز جاري ڪرڻ جو حڪم جاري ڪري ڇڏيو.

Qualifications for Junior Science Teacher BPS-14.
It is clarified that the applicant (s) should possess the requisite Graduation with at least 50% consisting on minimum length, 14 years of Education. Hence science graduates having 14, 15. or 16 years of academic qualification are eligible to apply for the mentioned position

It is informed that the said posts are lying in the Elementary Schools to teach the science subjects from class 1-8. Hence the department needs the graduates in Natural Sciences only. Major courses are: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Zoology, Botany, Ecology, Mathematics and medicine. (Complete list of Natural Science courses enclosed). Moreover, Associate Degree in Science with minimum 14 years of education shall be considered for the said position.

Note:No degree of social sciences will be considered for this post.

It is clarified that, if a candidate having intermediate in science and B.Ed. (1.5 years). B.Ed. (2 years), B.Ed. (2.5 years), and B.Ed. Hons (4 years) with a specialization in Biology. Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics are eligible

یہ واضح کیا جاتا ہے کہ درخواست دہندگان کے پاس مطلوبہ گریجویشن ہونا چاہیے جس میں کم از کم 50% کم از کم طوالت، 14 سال کی تعلیم ہو۔ لہذا 14، 15. یا 16 سال کی تعلیمی قابلیت رکھنے والے سائنس گریجویٹس مذکورہ پوزیشن کے لیے درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں۔

بتایا جاتا ہے کہ مذکورہ پوسٹیں ایلیمنٹری اسکولوں میں پہلی سے آٹھویں جماعت تک سائنس کے مضامین پڑھانے کے لیے پڑی ہیں۔ اس لیے شعبہ کو صرف نیچرل سائنسز میں گریجویٹس کی ضرورت ہے۔ اہم کورسز ہیں: حیاتیات، طبیعیات، کیمسٹری، ارضیات، زولوجی، نباتیات، ماحولیات، ریاضی اور طب۔ (نیچرل سائنس کورسز کی مکمل فہرست منسلک ہے)۔ مزید برآں، اس عہدے کے لیے سائنس میں ایسوسی ایٹ ڈگری کو کم از کم 14 سال کی تعلیم پر غور کیا جائے گا۔

نوٹ: اس پوسٹ کے لیے سوشل سائنسز کی کسی ڈگری پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

واضح کیا جاتا ہے کہ اگر کوئی امیدوار سائنس میں انٹرمیڈیٹ اور B.Ed۔ (1.5 سال)۔ بی ایڈ۔ (2 سال)، بی ایڈ۔ (2.5 سال)، اور B.Ed۔ آنرز (4 سال) حیاتیات میں مہارت کے ساتھ۔ کیمسٹری، فزکس، اور ریاضی اہل ہیں۔
