🌱 Finding
Right breast at 3 o’clock position, an irregularly lobulated, predominantly hypoechoic solid mass measuring approximately 24 × 18 × 15 mm is seen. The lesion shows heterogeneous internal echotexture with irregular/lobulated margins. Internal as well as peripheral vascularity is demonstrated on colour Doppler. No definite cystic component is seen.
🌱 Impression
Suspicious irregular lobulated solid mass in the right breast at 3 o’clock, measuring 24 × 18 × 15 mm. BI-RADS 4C.
Differential diagnosis includes invasive ductal carcinoma.
🌱 Suggestion
USG-guided core needle biopsy is recommended for histopathological confirmation.
