Short glimpse of presentation

🌱 Findings:
Multiple small well-defined anechoic cystic lesions are seen within the cervical mucosa/endocervical region, largest measuring approximately 12 × 10 mm. No internal solid component or vascularity is noted.

🌱 Impression:
Multiple cervical nabothian cysts.
Findings are benign in nature and may be associated with chronic cervicitis.

🌱 Suggestion:
Clinical correlation and gynecological evaluation if symptomatic.

🌱Clinical History:
Patient presents with complaints of gradually increasing swelling in the anterior aspect of the neck since the past several months to years. Swelling is insidious in onset and progressively increasing in size.
Patient may complain of mild discomfort in the neck with occasional difficulty in swallowing or a sensation of throat fullness. No significant pain or fever reported.
