Emotions are what express the present status of any human being. It is the positive thinking that can drive you to success.
On contrary, negativity can make you the loser of your life. In today’s life it’s very easy to fall prey to negative thinking. Negative emotions are just like a movie which can only give you pain and loneliness many times throughout your life.
Negative emotions consume your inner energy and peace and steal your present from your life. The most menacing problem of these emotions are that once you start thinking about them, they start to accumulate more and more and become stronger which will make it harder to change. If you know a few tricks, you can easily overpower your adverse emotions and achieve whatever you want from your life.
So, let’s check out 7 great tips to overcome your negative emotions:
1. Face the mirror
It is a common phenomenon that humans can see the reality about himself/herself only by standing in front of the mirror. This case stands true in case of negative thinking too. Whenever you feel yourself to be the slave of your emotions that hurts you, stand in front of the mirror and dare to look into your eyes in the mirror.
You will see your dull face due to that negativity within your mind. And as you come to know that you are becoming dull, start energizing your mirror image. Boost him to expel that thinking. It has been seen that a person can perform a task only when he has the inner desire to do that task. Similar to that, when you see yourself within the mirror, your mind will stop bringing negative thoughts and in reverse to that, it will start boosting your soul to energize.
“Negative emotions like hatred, destroy our peace of mind.” – Matthieu Ricard
2. Recall your happy moments
Whether it is a happy occasion or a sad one, memories are made to delight you. There are many situations, when your negative emotions start hurting your inner peace. In that case, old and happy memories are the best remedy. Whenever you feel unhappy, start recalling your happiest moments. Within minutes, you will see a smile on your face. A new charm will replace the dullness.
3. Get surrounded by cheerful people
Loneliness is the home for cynical feelings. The best alternative for it is to change your environment. Whenever you feel like negative sentiments and you are alone, go out to some pragmatic area. You can call your friends and run a get together. Actually, in terms of science, whenever a task is allotted to the mind, it stops working on the existing one and starts thinking about the new task you put in your focus. Your mind will get busy on planning the meeting with your friends and all your destructive emotions will come to an end.
4. Start your hobby
When you find yourself uncomfortable because of negative emotions, start doing your hobby. Many people love to read books, many love to sing, others love to listen to music. All these hobbies are the best medicine to curb adverse emotions present within your body.
As soon as you notice negativity, start your hobby, like for example start reading a book you love to read. Your mind will automatically get diverted from recalling negative thoughts. Also, by reading your favorite book, your mind as well as your body will feel relaxed and positive emotions start to spark within you.
5. Pursue meditation/yoga
It has been scientifically proven that meditation is the best medicine to each and every mind related problems. Whether you are suffering from low concentration or you are having a bunch of adverse sentiments within yourself, meditation has the best outcome. Start meditating by closing your eyes. Within darkness, try to concentrate on an imaginary source of light. Meditation is suggested to the people of every age group.
The main use of meditating is to bring freshness into your mind. With regular practice, you will be able to control your thoughts and as you will become the master of your mind, there will not be any negativity within your mind. So, from now on, add meditation or yoga within your daily routine. The best time to perform them is in early in the morning.
6. Read positive quotes
Your mind thinks pessimistic only because of defeat, but with every defeat, you got an experience of how you cannot win your battle. What if you command your mind to only have positive emotions? It will act accordingly. If you need motivation, you need positive feelings. To get positive feelings, you need some positive source to read. Reading motivational quotes is a good option. The internet is filled with populous motivational, inspirational quotations. Start reading those quotes that enforce your mind to developing efficacious feelings daily.
“The sign of intelligent people is their ability to control their emotions by the application of reason.” – Marya Mannes
7. Start laughing
We all know that laughter is the best medicine. Whenever pessimistic emotions overpower your mind, leave everything aside and start laughing loudly. It may sound silly, but this is also known as laughing therapy to bring life back to hopeless people. To convert your negative emotions into positive ones, come to a place of peace and start laughing loudly. Laugh artificially once, twice, or three times. Later you will automatically start laughing naturally. To implement this, you must not bother about what others will say after seeing me laugh like this.
With these above mentioned golden tips, you can overpower your negative emotions and mold them into positive emotions.

What does the nervous system do?
The nervous system plays a role in nearly every aspect of our health and well-being. It guides everyday activities such as waking up; automatic activities such as breathing; and complex processes such as thinking, reading, remembering, and feeling emotions.
The nervous system controls:
•Brain growth and development
•Sensations (such as touch or hearing)
•Perception (the mental process of interpreting sensory information)
•Thought and emotions
•Learning and memory
•Movement, balance, and coordination
•Sleep
•Healing and rehabilitation
•Stress and the body’s responses to stress
•Aging
•Breathing and heartbeat
•Body temperature
•Hunger, thirst, and digestion
•Puberty, reproductive health, and fertility
Neuroscientists study these and other nervous system functions in both healthy and diseased states. Studying and understanding the nervous system is important because it affects so many areas of human health and well-being.
When you have a "regular" child, you feel reasonably assured that class participation and decent study habits will result in good grades. These kids have close friends. They get invited to participate in social things like dances and weekend gatherings. They make the teams, auditioned organizations and clubs.
But when you have a child with certain differences, this is often not the case. Learning may take longer, both academically and socially. Despite their tremendous efforts, results are often a fraction of their peers and social acceptance is fleeting, setting them up for painful comparisons and bitter frustration. Instead of a fun and fulfilling experience, school can become a breeding ground for depression and anxiety, and assignments a battle ground at home. It is exhausting for parent and child alike.
This is the week of SPED (Special Education), Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) awareness. For all the children who struggle every day to succeed in a world that does not recognize their gifts and talents, and for those who are walking beside them, please let this be a gentle reminder to be kind and accepting of ALL people. Recognize that the "playing field" is not always a level surface. Children who learn differently are not weird. They are merely gifted in ways that our society does not value. Yet they want what everyone else wants: To be accepted.
If you choose, please copy and paste this in honor of all children who are deemed "different". Our world would be far less beautiful without them.
If you want small changes in your life, work on your attitude. But if you want big and primary changes, work on your paradigm.

like other body organs our Braine can be suffer in any disease but the good news is that! if treat timely it can be cure properly.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:
•Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
•Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
•Family history of mental health problems
Mental health problems are common but help is available. People with mental health problems can get better and many recover completely.
Early Warning Signs
Not sure if you or someone you know is living with mental health problems? Experiencing one or more of the following feelings or behaviors can be an early warning sign of a problem:
•Eating or sleeping too much or too little
•Pulling away from people and usual activities
•Having low or no energy
•Feeling numb or like nothing matters
•Having unexplained aches and pains
•Feeling helpless or hopeless
•Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual
•Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
•Yelling or fighting with family and friends
•Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships
•Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
•Hearing voices or believing things that are not true
•Thinking of harming yourself or others
•Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or getting to work or family gatherings.
Picnicking is a well-known staple activity of socializing. From casual lunches and barbecues with close friends and colleagues to a long day out for a family reunion, picnics provide an easygoing environment to catch up and entertain all kinds of company. But picnicking offers far more than just an opportunity to dust off that blanket and wicker basket. Here are the Top 10 from Health Fitness Revolution and author of the book ReSYNC Your Life Samir Becic:
•Outdoors – Spending time outdoors, basking in nature, breathing fresh air and enjoying a great view. The pure air invigorates you and leaves you feeling rejuvenated. For those with respiratory disorders, breathing clean air helps clear the lungs.
•Family bonding – Spending time with family is always a great bonding experience. In the fast-paced, urbane lifestyle of today there is often limited time for maintaining relationships with some of the most important people in your life. Staying engaged with your family and friends can help build stronger bonds and foster warmth, security and love, as well as feelings of belonging.
•Enables communication – Since picnics often take place in warm environments, the tendency to participate in relaxing small talk is high. Simply keeping updated on what is going on in other people’s lives and learning what their plans can improve relationships. Conversations during the meal provide opportunities for the party to bond, plan, connect and learn from one another.
•Grants time for self-reflection – While picnics offer many social benefits, you don’t have to spend the entire time chatting up a storm. Picnics offer an excellent opportunity for you to spend time meditating about your life, the decisions you have made and the decisions you will make.
•Foster healthy eating habits – Meals prepared and eaten at home are usually more nutritious and healthy than eating out and particularly so for when you bring food for a picnic. The typical portrait of picnics present a wicker basket full of fruits, vegetables, dairy and grains. These foods provide nutrients such as fiber, calcium and essential vitamins.
•Stay active: Regular picnics can foster a family ritual where young ones are introduced to sports, games, and nature and encourages adults to partake in physical activities as well. Mini games between family and friends like tug-of-war, 2-hand-touch or flag football and kickball can be played before a meal to help induce a feeling of achievement prior to a well-deserved meal, while playing more casual games like horseshoes and bean bag toss can serve as a relaxing but still active activity. Even consuming the healthy food usually provided at picnics keeps you energetic and active through the day.
•Mood booster – Eating lunch outdoors is a natural mood booster. You can be amazed how much the lack of sun in your body can affect you mood. There’s something about fresh air, sunshine, or a nice breeze that just puts you in good mood and motivates you making you want to get some exercise.
•Relieves stress – Picnics are a great stress buster as it helps reduce the stress and anxiety related to work and home. Being an adult isn’t always easy and it’s great to be able to ease up on the responsibility from time to time by lounging in the sunlight.
•Builds stronger bones – The vitamin D we get from the sun is needed for maximum absorption of calcium from the intestine, which helps build strong bones and teeth. Getting enough vitamin D can help you reduce your chances of getting bone deterioration diseases like osteoporosis. For children, regular sun exposure helps increase the process of growth and height and can decrease the risk of rickets. The sun also provides benefits to your skin by providing a nice, warm, sun-kissed glow.
•Saves money – Picnics are known to be quite inexpressive. All one has to do is prepare meals at home and head out to a park or picnic area. If you have a well-stocked refrigerator

every person has a desire to have a healthy body. because health is wealth!
the key to become physical healthy is a healthy brain.
yes! because it is our mind which controls our body and makes us healthy. but sometimes the negative environment make us angry and depress thus we become negative. because we can not control the environment we can only control ourselves.
so! it is better to make our mind healthy and strong. our mind produces 3 types of energies,
1. red energy,
2. green energy.
3. transparent energy.
let us have a look towards all energies.
red energy activates the cells of aggression which makes us negative.
in result no one wants to spent time with us. thus result in to negativity.
the green energy is very useful because it produces the positive cells,
which makes us calm and polite.
thus our brain become cool and give us a chance to become a source of love and kindness. which r results in to success.
the transparent energy makes a person intoward thus results in loneliness.
now the question is how to adopt the green energy?
the recepy is quite simple! but we need so much hard work!
daily 30 minutes sit alone 15 minutes in morning and 15 minutes in night before going to sleep. talk to yourself what is your desire to become? calm? successful? kind? then write down your habbits which makes other upset and try to avoid them. adopt a proactive approach! tell yourself that I can not change the environment but I can change myself! it doesn't mean to adopt the negative habbits. it means make a promise with yourself that I am a positive person and I will avoid the negative things. I will pay attention towards the positive things. when you sit alone in night think about your day and reward yourself for a positive action.
