( A beautiful message from two amazing human beings Joyce & Michael, who visited the students of PEC yesterday)

Our most grateful thanks to Dr Soaliha Ahmed and her incredible team of teachers and most able and enthusiastic students at Pyam e Taleem Education Centre in Karachi.
We were honoured to be invited by Dr Soaliha and her team to celebrate Kashmir Day at the centre.
After the initial introduction of the wonderful work they have done over the years and continue to do of offering the children, financial, educational, mental and emotional support by the team who offer the time and skills on a totally Voluntary basis and is totally free to the children. They come to this centre because of their love and enthusiasm to persue their dreams of further education, and achieve their goals in life, so they attend extra classes in the evenings to improve their English, maths, general knowledge, citizenship, computer studies and moral values, after attending full time education at their own schools during the day! How admirable is that!
The students put on a wonderful show of poetry, dance, and told us of their dreams and aspirations which for some have already come true.
The children made special cards for us to welcome us to their school, and we will treasure them always.
It was an overwhelming and a very humbling experience for us to share Kashmir Day with them all.
This organisation is totally dependent on volunteers and donations and get no help from the Government.
May God bless them all and long live Pyam e Taleem Education Centre and everyone working within it. Best wishes.
