Fintech Forge

Most fintech training in Pakistan still teaches the industry as it existed five years ago.

Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) is changing that with Fintech Forge, among the first simulation-based fintech training programs offered by a Pakistani university and unlike anything currently available in this market.
This program does not rely on lectures or textbooks. Every session is a simulation, a gamified environment where participants build, evaluate, or defend a decision under conditions similar to those found in industry.

This is the niche fintech education in Pakistan has been missing: not another course describing the industry, but a rehearsal space for the decisions that actually define it. For industry, it means talent that walks in already able to operate under pressure, not just describe it. For academia, it means a working model for closing the gap between curriculum and practice, built and tested rather than proposed on paper.

Designed and led by Prof. Dr. Hina Fatima, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.

Cohort 1 begins September 12, 2026.
