All these details along with slips will be sent to your registered email address. So make sure to check your email regularly.

Searching online about test dates or slips is not necessary, since you’ll be officially notified via email before the test .

📝 Step-by-Step Guide to Fill the SIUT Admission Form

Step 1:
Click the link provided and register using an active email and a strong password.
(You’ll need to verify your email during registration.)

Step 2:
Login with the same email and password you used for registration.

Step 3:
Choose your preferred program:
– BS Medical Technology
– BS Nursing
– Diploma in Medical Technology
– Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Then select your desired department (in order of preference).

Step 4:
Enter your personal details and academic qualifications, including:
– Passing years
– Education boards
– Marks
– Percentage
– Domicile info, etc.

Step 5:
Upload original scanned documents as required.

Step 6:
Review everything carefully, then submit your profile.

🚨 Note:
Make sure to fill in all information correctly and honestly.
