6 Levels of Delegation:
Level 1: Do exactly as I say.
Level 2: Ask for options.
Level 3: Ask for recommendations.
Level 4: Ask to make a decision but check before going ahead.
Level 5: Solve this problem, check conditionally.
Level 6: Take care of the problem.

Successfully conducted a 3-Days 'Mentorship Masterclass' for Mentors and Mentees of Engro Polymer & Chemical Ltd
This customized training program contained various case studies, real-life scenarios, role plays, thought-provoking discussions, and simulation activities. Amongst many things, participants learned about the process of mentorship, various tools and techniques of mentorship, including how to give effective feedback and how to receive them in a constructive manner, rapport building, and effective questioning skills and how to implement these techniques in light of Engro's Leadership Competency Model.
