At Cedar College, we’ve always believed that supporting students means far more than helping them get into university.

Over the last 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside nearly 10,000+ students as they discovered who they are, what they care about, and where they want to go next. Every student comes with a different story, different challenge and different dream — and our role has always been to make sure those dreams feel possible.

Whether it’s guiding students through applications, preparing them for interviews, supporting them with SATs, or helping them overcome financial barriers along the way, our counselling team is there through every step of the journey.

Because for us, success has never just been about admissions. It’s about giving every student the support, confidence, and opportunity to build a future they truly believe in.

We are delighted to celebrate the achievement of our student, Rayyan Abid Shahid, who has been honored with the Rising Scholars Award in the Spring 2026 Lumiere Scholars Award.

Recognized among more than 2,100 essay submissions from over 100 countries, Rayyan’s accomplishment reflects his dedication, creativity, and academic excellence. Along with this prestigious recognition, he has also been awarded a $500 scholarship to join the Lumiere Research Scholar Program.
