On 28th April 2026, a morning assembly was conducted in the Middle Section on the topic "Importance of Reading." The assembly aimed to emphasize the value of reading in enhancing knowledge, imagination, and critical thinking skills. The assembly was designed to inspire students to develop a habit of reading and to explore the world of literature beyond textbooks. A “Together We Grow” gardening activity was organized for pre-section students in collaboration with their grandparents. The event aimed to promote environmental awareness while strengthening the bond between generations. Students actively participated in a tree plantation activity alongside their grandparents, making the experience both meaningful and engaging. The initiative encouraged a sense of responsibility towards nature and fostered values of care, cooperation, and sustainability among the young learners.

On 27th April, a special assembly was conducted in the senior section to commemorate International Earth Day. The assembly commenced with the recitation of the Holy name of Allah, creating a serene and respectful atmosphere. This was followed by insightful speeches delivered by students, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and the need to protect our planet. The speakers emphasized practical steps to reduce pollution and promote sustainability in daily life. The assembly concluded on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Anthem.

On 27th April, Monday, the pre-section conducted a thoughtful assembly on the topic "Feelings and Emotions." A professional development session on screening developmental phases in children was conducted for the pre-section teachers by Dr. Ayesha Saqib. The session focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding of various stages of child development and equipping them with effective observation skills. Dr. Ayesha provided valuable insights into identifying different behaviors in children and recognizing developmental patterns. She also guided teachers on how to monitor and support children’s growth through careful observation and timely intervention. The session was highly informative and beneficial for all participants.

A heat wave awareness session was conducted for the ancillary staff by Dr. Reema. The session aimed to educate the staff about the risks associated with extreme heat and the necessary precautions to ensure safety and well-being. Dr. Reema provided valuable guidance on recognizing symptoms of heat-related illnesses, staying hydrated, and adopting preventive measures during high temperatures. The session proved to be informative and beneficial for all participants.

On 25th April, a picnic was organized for the staff of APS&C Girls by the management at Sonmiani Beach. The event provided an opportunity for the staff to relax and unwind, fostering camaraderie and team spirit outside the school environment. The picturesque setting of Sonmiani Beach served as the perfect backdrop for a day of leisure, allowing staff members to enjoy nature and engage in social interactions. The picnic was a well-organized and enjoyable event, promoting a positive work culture within the institution.

On April 23rd, the Junior Section conducted a specialized Character Education session centered on the core value of Honesty. The primary objective was to foster a culture of truthfulness, integrity, and accountability among the students. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, students explored the importance of being truthful in their daily interactions with peers and adults.The session highlighted how *Telling the Truth* builds trust and long-term respect, while dishonesty can "tangle" individuals in lies and damage relationships.

The morning assembly for the Pre-Primary section was held on 23rd April, 2026, focusing on the theme of "Greeting Others." The assembly began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by its translation. This provided a peaceful and disciplined start to the day, helping students connect with spiritual values.The highlight of the morning was a lovely and energetic performance by the young learners. The students displayed great confidence and enthusiasm through their presentation, which reinforced the message of being kind and welcoming to everyone they meet.The assembly concluded formally with the National Anthem, sung with pride by all present.

The Pre-Section was filled with vibrancy and joy on 23rd April as students celebrated Red Colour Day. The event was designed to help our youngest learners identify and appreciate the colour red through a series of engaging, hands-on activities.

APSACS Orientation Online Session – 23rd April 2026
An online orientation session for the academic and administrative teams of the APSACS was conducted on the 23rd of April, 2026. This session was attended by the Principal, Academic Coordinator, Section Heads, Subject Coordinators, and CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) Coordinators. The purpose of this orientation was to introduce, discuss, and clarify the newly implemented APSACS policies, which are pivotal to the upcoming academic year. The session was designed to ensure that all key stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with the updated regulations and guidelines.
