I am thrilled to announce that my article, stemming from my post-doctorate research, has been accepted by a Scopus-recognized journal in Hungary! Titled "Towards Sustainability: The Impact of Internal Marketing and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Innovation and Sustainability in Family-Owned Bakeries in Pakistan," this research is a culmination of years of dedication and hard work.

What makes this achievement even more special is that it directly relates to my family's business in the flour milling industry. Having been involved in our family-owned flour mill for many years, I decided to focus my research on small and medium-sized bakeries in Pakistan, which are vital to our industry.

The journey of this research has been incredibly fulfilling. Every respondent in the study was a client of our business, adding a personal touch to the data collection process. It's truly gratifying to see that the research skills I've developed over the years are not only contributing to academia but also benefiting our own business.

This research isn't just about personal satisfaction. It has earned me a post-doctorate degree, marking a significant milestone in my academic journey. Furthermore, being recognized by a prestigious Scopus-indexed journal from a European country adds a layer of validation to the importance and relevance of our findings.

Today, I was deeply moved by a touching gesture from one of my former students. This bright individual recently completed their MPhil degree in Islamic Studies at Bahria University.
