*Reception Class at VMPS* had an exciting *Fine Motor Activity* today!

Our little learners used pegs to carefully pick up colorful pom poms and place them into the compartments of an egg box tray. 🎨 This hands-on task made learning playful while building *fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and finger strength*.

It’s amazing to see how much focus and creativity comes out when learning is active and fun! 💙 These small steps lay the foundation for writing, problem-solving, and independent learning later on.

Beyond the Classroom: Cultivating Responsible Citizens in Grade 9 🌍

This week, our Grade 9 students are exploring their personal areas of interest; from travel and science to sports and the arts while connecting them to a vital civic duty: the responsibility of sharing information. Today, a student initiated this theme with an insightful presentation on her favourite country to travel to.

Through this exercise, our learners explored what it truly means to be a responsible adult in the digital age. In an era where forwarding unverified messages is a common habit, they realized that true citizenship is in breaking that cycle. The students discussed the importance of actively researching information, verifying its authenticity, and passing it on to their peers in a rightful, meaningful manner.

We are incredibly proud to see our students not only celebrating their diverse passions but also developing the critical thinking skills needed to navigate the world with integrity.
