In her talk, Maria Talha, Team Lead at WWWT, will delve into women’s strengths in entrepreneurship, offering a research-driven perspective on cognitive factors and hormonal influences that enhance women's business capabilities, while also exploring how social trends and the growing demand for flexibility in entrepreneurship create new opportunities for women to succeed, backed by empirical data and scientific insights.
