Honouring Ancestral Love, Grief & Belonging
Family Constellation Circle | Sunday, 2nd August

On Sunday, we came together in a sacred healing space to witness the unseen dynamics that shape our lives across generations. Through the powerful process of Family Constellations, participants explored inherited patterns of love, grief, loyalty, loss, and belonging that often remain hidden beneath everyday struggles.

Each movement reminded us that healing is not about changing the past, but about finding our rightful place within our family system. As forgotten stories were acknowledged and excluded members were given a place, space opened for compassion, reconciliation, and inner peace.

To everyone who trusted the process, represented another's journey, or simply held the field with presence—thank you. Your courage contributed to the healing of not only individuals but the wider family systems we all belong to.

May the insights continue to unfold gently, and may love find its natural flow through every generation

Grateful to have completed the July 2026 Online Intensive in Family Constellations with Barry Krost of Healing Body Therapeutics.

Barry's approach to Family Constellations stands out for its quiet presence, deep respect for the process, and unwavering trust in what emerges within the field. When the Child Within Feels Scared

Sometimes the anxiety, fear, or need to take care of everyone began long before we understood it. The child within learned to survive by becoming responsible too soon.
In Family Constellation work, we gently honour that child and return what never truly belonged to them.

"Dear little one, I see you and I thank you. You no longer have to carry what was never yours. Dear Mother, Dear Father, with love and respect, I return your burdens to you and keep only my own life. Beloved ancestors, stand behind me with your wisdom, love, and strength. Help my heart remember that I am safe, I am held, and I am free to simply be your child. Thank you."
