In this time of crisis when almost everything is under lockdown its the small scale businesses-relying on daily sales- that are suffering the most. We are fortunate enough to have the means to be able survive through this grave period but there are many out there who are struggling to survive.

In this crippling lockdown imagine what would happen of the street vendors of all those working in small scale hotels, dhabbas, mechanic shops etc. In these tough times it's not only important that we care for ourselves but also for those less fortunate than us.

Most of the students in The Garage School come from families with sole breadwinners who are more often than not daily wage workers or street vendors hence the school is taking the initiative of distributing ration bags among the families, along with masks and sanitizers for their safety.

A typical ration bag costs around 1500/- and includes:
10 Kg Ata White Rs. 500
Rice 2 Kg Rs. 200
Ghee 2 Kg = Rs. 500
Dal mix 1 Kg = 100
Dal Masoor 1 Kg = Rs. 100
Sabun = Rs. 100

In this time we ask for your donations to help those who might not be able to survive well on their own during these crisis. Please try buying stuff from your local stores, give your domestic help off without any paycut and donate as much as you can.
