π The 13th AKU Deansβ Intra-University Tape Ball Cricket Tournament 2026 brought together over 450 students across 30+ teams, representing every program at our Karachi Campus
Over five exciting weeks, the tournament showcased not only outstanding cricketing talent, but also the unity, teamwork, and spirit that define our community π€

Our Counseling & Wellness team conducted a Psychological First Aid training session with IED faculty and academic staff to strengthen their ability to support students in moments of emotional distress.
The session explored practical ways to recognize early signs of mental health concerns, respond with care and clarity, and guide students toward appropriate support channels when needed. π

Cup Shup continued Brewing Connections across our male and female hostels, turning simple tea sessions into spaces for conversation, connection, and a pause from routine. βπΏ
Led in collaboration with our Counseling & Wellness Office and Hostel Management teams, the sessions created relaxed, informal spaces where students could sit together, unwind, and engage openly with one another.
As the series continues across our hostels, the focus remains on creating more approachable, connected, and supportive student living environments. π
