Labor Rights and Islamic Teachings ✨
​Islam is the greatest advocate for the dignity and rights of the laborer. Over 1,400 years ago, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) established a golden principle for workers' rights that remains unparalleled in the world.
​The Holy Hadith states:
"أَعْطُوا الأَجِيرَ أَجْرَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِفَّ عَرَقُهُ"
(Give the laborer his wages before his sweat dries.)
​Let us pledge today to respect the rights of those working under us, our laborers, and all hard workers, and ensure they are paid their rightful wages without delay.
