Alhamdulillah!
The successful inauguration ceremony of the one-year specialization program โAl-Takhasus fil Iqtisadโ was held on Saturday, 3rd May 2025, in collaboration between Jamia Nizamia Rizvia Lahore and ASAS School of Advanced Studies.
The program was presided over by the renowned scholar of both rational and traditional sciences, Shaykh al-Hadith Hazrat Allama Maulana Hafiz Abdul Sattar Saeedi (Hafizahullah).
Distinguished speakers at the event included:
Sahibzada Abdul Mustafa Hazarvi, Principal of Jamia Nizamia Rizvia and Secretary General of Tanzeem-ul-Madaris Ahl-e-Sunnat Pakistan,
Shaykh al-Hadith Ustad al-Ulama Allama Dil Muhammad Chishti,
and Allama Hamid Zia al-Habib, ASAS faculty member and Shariah Board Member of Sindh Bank Islamic.
They delivered insightful addresses, guided the participants of the class, emphasized the importance of the subject, and highlighted the need for qualified professionals in Islamic financial institutions. They also stressed the importance of understanding the modern Islamic economic system.
May Allah Almighty grant success to the institution in achieving this noble purpose. Ameen.
More than 80 individuals have submitted admission forms to participate in the class.
