MODULE 3 - PANACEA
Delegations will be provided with a brand crisis case existing in the niche market. They will have to come up with a potential solution keeping in view the budget, market conditions and consumer preferences. Each delegation will do their research in the allotted time and come up with a solution and submit a detailed document. Following that delegates from each team will have to give a pitch to judge, in this case a shareholder, to get them onboard with the problem solving strategy.

MODULE TWO - SITEMENT
This module deals with the advertising and branding aspect of CENSEO. Particularly it tests the participants’ technological and designing skills. Participating teams will be assigned different brands, of the same category. Based upon these brands the teams will design an appropriate website, which will be reviewed for points according to the judging criteria.

MODULE 1 - COMMUNIQUÈ
This module focuses on assessing the participant's ability on how presentable they can make an advertisement on a product from a niche market. They'll shoot, act and present the advert on their own. Teams will be allotted with their respective brands to research and prepare their advert script before the event. Shooting, Editing, and Presenting of the advertisement will strictly take place on the event premises.

Censeo 2.0 aims not only to provide to the young entrepreneurial generation the endless list of opportunities but simultaneously aid in the refinement of their abilities, rendering them to gain even more considerable skills. For anyone wanting to get accustomed to the business world, this will be a one-of-a-kind experience.

The Entrepreneurship Club of RMC organised a workshop on November 3rd. The attendees comprised of over 50 people, and were given knowledge about what entrepreneurship is, as well as made aware of the rich scope of opportunities for freelancing online. The event started with the recitation of holy quran, our President, Wishah Zaidi hosted the event and the guest speaker was Mr Nizar Ali Bachlani, one of the finest digital marketers. Furthermore, the executive council presented a shield to the speaker. It was a fruitful event for all students who attended as certificates were also provided.

Our Vice President, Shariq Nasirullah has been involved in e-commerce, provision of It services since the age of 12. He has international clients online and an impressive PR rep in Pakistan
He was invited by the CEO of Midlink Traders, where he discussed RMC's Entrepreneurship Society, and he helped create significant business PR for our society. And because our Vice President believes that experiences of knowledgeable businessmen are vital for those interested in entrepreneurship, he collected advice and motivation from this CEO for the benefit of our society.
Currently as of now, the CEO of Midlink Traders is a self taught businessman, his office being located in Kemari. Midlink Traders is a trading company which deals with custom clearance and he has been in this field for over 30 years.
He started off working for this trading company, owned by his brother-in-law, in 1987 while he was dealing with financial issues. His job included doing menial tasks like cleaning desks, sorting paperwork, for which he was paid Rs.1600. Another task he had to do was take any consignment received by the company to the port to be cleared. He noticed, however, that along with the paperwork the business paid around Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 to the officers who were supposed to clear the consignment and fill all necessary documents.
Once he realised that the additional money was a bribe, he questioned this concept and decided to take a stand against it. So the next time he took the consignment to the port, he didn't take any money and instead filled out all the monotonous documentation himself, which wasn't his job. Nevertheless, he cleared the consignment without bribing the officers and his effort was appreciated by his boss to such an extent that his brother-in-law made him CEO of the company and he has held that position since then.
One very noteworthy piece of advice he dispensed was that education will only take you to a certain limit, it is how you pair your determination with it that matters.This businessman states how he had poor English speaking and computing skills, or has never put his hard-earned business degree to use. Yet with his strong resolve and faith in himself he has come very far, so much so that he has profited enough to contribute significantly to his family and keep his business running smoothly, even during the lockdown.
However, he has stated how important education is to learn and adapt to new changes and to act as a backup, in case one's business fails. He himself has expressed regret for not being able to adapt to technological changes or communicating efficiently with foreign clients, which have somehow limited his business.
To all the future entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in the making, he has a message to share through his life which is to never give up hope and believe in yourself so you can make your dreams into reality.
