IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) names 10 chemistry innovations that will change the world. These include Nanopesticides, M*Fs, Solid-State Batteries and 3D bioprinting. I believe these have great potential for researchers and students in chemistry and biology.

The attached Image (with thanks from the Science journal and AAAS) shows an M*F (Metal Organic Framework) which can be encapsulated in a device, which could capture and release several litres of water per day using only sunlight, with no additional energy required.
