𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐣𝐢𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 – 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞

During the rainy days in Karachi, I attended a Seerah Conference where Dr. Aziz ur Rehman (Seerah expert) shared how Masjid Nabawi looked in the early days:
The floor was mud, which turned into puddles when it rained
Small stones were later spread so water would not collect
The walls were made of clay
The roof was made from palm branches
The roof was so low that if you raised your hand, you could touch it
Such simplicity and humility — this was the foundation of the first mosque of the Prophet ﷺ.
To bring this scene to life, I created an AI-generated video showing how Masjid Nabawi may have looked in those rainy days.

Too often, we blame others for our challenges—our circumstances, mistakes, or missed opportunities. Islam teaches us to take charge and strive for what benefits us.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“ٱلْمُؤْمِنُ ٱلْقَوِيُّ خَيْرٌ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِ ٱلضَّعِيفِ، وَفِي كُلٍّ خَيْرٌ. ٱحْرِصْ عَلَى مَا يَنْفَعُكَ وَاسْتَعِنْ بِٱللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْجِزْ”
"The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer. Strive for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not give up." (Sahih Muslim)
Being proactive means:
✅ Taking responsibility instead of blaming others
✅ Planning your actions and improving yourself
✅ Seeking knowledge and skills before problems arise

In the chaos of life, how often do you pause to reflect on who you really are?

Allah SWT reminds us:

"O you who have believed, fear Allah, and let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow." (Qur’an 59:18)
