This year’s theme for International Museum Day, “Museums Uniting a Divided World,” feels especially relevant today.
At Mohatta Palace Museum, we see our role as creating a trusted public space where visitors can encounter stories and objects that connect heritage with lived experience. We believe culture can serve as a common language one that encourages dialogue and understanding.
Additionally, In this increasingly digital age, museums also carry the responsibility of ensuring that access to knowledge and culture remains equitable and empowering.
