Our vision is simple:
We are dedicated to helping tell the stories of the people among us at the Ojha campus, one person at a time.

Humans of DIMC is dedicated to stories of the individuals that make up the many departments at the Ojha campus, including DIMC, DIDC, DIKIOHS, DCOP, ION, IMT, IHM, and others.

Amna: "The first time we met was outside the cafeteria, and we both were there with our other friends. It turned out that we had a lot of mutual friends. That was the first time that we talked.

Zara: "We actually started getting closer due to the silicon band-aid. So she got this surgery done recently, and she had this silicon band-aid on her chest. And I saw it on her chest one day in the cafeteria, so I went inside and I was about to scratch it off, but she screamed and stopped me."

Zara/Amna: "So then we got to know each other. When you open up to someone, it's like peeling back the layers of an onion."

Zara: "You can socialize with a lot of people, but at the end of the day, you need a few people that you can always go back to. That's what matters most. Having many friends may be validating, but having good friends is like, THE THING."

Zara: "If she's with me then I can be myself. I don't need anyobdy else."
Amna: "It's pretty crazy, since I've known her for two months. It's about quality over quantity."

“Forget about Wonder Woman. My mother played the role of both a father and a mother in my life. My mother is an iron lady. The main thing that my mother has given me is strength. The strength to face adversity, the strength to face political issues, the strength to face interpersonal issues and so forth.

My mother is forgive-and-forget. My father is neither of those. I forgive, but I do not forget. I am completely the opposite of my father. My sister is like my father, while I am more like my mother. The problems that she experienced in her life have played a big part in my life as well. Her wisdom and experiences have helped in my upbringing and grooming.

Shut your mouth; listen to what people have to say. Travel with people and go to Dreamworld with them. The true character of people is revealed at Dreamworld. There, you have to help other people to get all the tubes upstairs on the slides, and that is where people show their true colors.

Hazrat Ali (A.S) said that “ikhtiar Taqat aur Dolat milnay per log badaltay nhi balkay benaqab hotay hain”. Hazrat Ali (A.S) said that when a person has power, strength and money.. the person doesn’t change when they have this, they only get revealed. What is inside him is shown. When he doesn’t have these things, he fakes around."
